Great, great experience - Great, the guides were very attentive and very familiar and friendly, although they took a while to board because until the boat was complete they did not leave

Navigation and eye happiness - We enjoyed it with my wife and our two daughters (15 and 17 years old). Beautiful moments underwater and out of the water. Be careful not to get seasick because there is a lot of navigation to do. But it's worth it. And if we stay the night, we can observe a funny microplankton.

Complete and pleasant hike - Positive experience full of interesting moments. Unfortunately, the area is now in full overtourism and finding areas without hordes of tourists is now impossible. Anyway they're good

Beautiful memories and successful impressions - Unfortunately, from 10 am too overrun. Tourists everywhere, but the team can't help it. The tour was really nice, the captain likeable and funny and all stops were kept.

Longtail boat, only for mobile people - We were a nice little round. Getting on the shore turned out to be very difficult for me. Only suitable for mobile people. The entry ladder has come of age and is not sure-footed. The food offered had not been provided in full. There was a lunchbox missing, and on Bambusisland we were dropped off for an hour, without food or drink. All other companies have served lunch and drink ON the island. Only on board we received a cardboard box of rice/vegetable mixture and a bottle of water. At a later date we were handed pineapple. The plankton ride was cancelled due to a full moon, it would not be worth it, as the moon shines too bright. The swimming spots and hotspots were also used and visited by a hundred other people, especially the Mayan Bay.

Amazing snorkeling but very little communication - It was not experienced as described, we did not have an English speaking guide. There was not enough communication, they at least could have told us how boat time was involved with each segment of the trip, how much time we were spending at each destination and what to expect in terms of whether we were just snorkeling or swimming. We had to ask each time and got a limited, broken English response. But the snorkeling was absolutely amazing and I would do the trip again just for that. Pristine aqua green water and lots of amazing coral and fish.

A Day Trip with Lovely Moments but Some Challenges - We joined this full-day boat trip and overall it was a memorable experience with both positives and a few challenges. What stood out most was the family feel of the trip — I believe it was family-run, and two younger boys came along which felt very wholesome. The tour guide worked hard to keep everyone safe and did his best to manage the group, even stepping in when some passengers were being inconsiderate. Lunch was very simple — just rice with a bottle of water — but it was tasty, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of fresh pineapple being cut up and shared with everyone later in the day. The itinerary included several stops, and while some of the places felt quite similar, there were plenty of opportunities for snorkelling with equipment provided. It was a full day out on the water, and when one of us was unwell, they were kind enough to let us rearrange for the next day, which was very accommodating. The main downside, unfortunately, came from a small group of four other passengers whose behaviour created tension throughout the trip. They ignored instructions on the boat, delayed us at Monkey Beach, and one of them refused to wear a life jacket even though he was struggling in the water. The tour guide was right to be concerned for his safety, but it did lead to some heated exchanges that affected the atmosphere for the rest of us. I don’t hold this against the guide, as he was clearly trying to keep everyone safe and follow the rules, but it did make the day feel less relaxing than it could have been. There were a few other things that could be improved. Time at Monkey Beach was quite short, and before we even started we had to wait around an hour in the hot sun on the pavement. We also weren’t able to sit outside the boat, only under the cover, which felt a little restrictive. Lunch, while tasty, didn’t offer any variety. Watching the sunset on the water should have been peaceful, but the moment was slightly spoiled by loud phone games and a phone call. Finally, there was a bit of a language barrier — the guide spoke limited English, so we didn’t get much information about the places we were visiting beyond their names. Overall, this trip had some really lovely moments, especially the snorkelling and small personal touches like the fresh pineapple, and I do think the family put effort into running it. Unfortunately, the behaviour of a few passengers and some practical details meant it wasn’t as smooth or relaxing as we hoped. With a few improvements, it could easily be a fantastic experience.

Not satisfied - The guide barely spoke English and didn't give us any particular information about the places we saw. Lot of people and turists all doing the same thing.
