Tracey’s farmhouse kitchen - We had a wonderful day at Tracey’s.we arrived to a lovely breakfast of coffee and homemade fruit soda, still warm. She was the perfect host. She showed us how to make soda and wheaten farls and potato bread. Tracey made focaccia bread and treacle farls. Then we got stuck into all the lovely breads and more coffee. She had also baked a cake for one of the girls whose birthday it was. It was a fantastic day. I use a rolater and it was no problem.

The bread was incredible, cannot wait to try making it at home. The day started with lovely cake and coffee, and was finished by eating all the amazing bread we made. Stunning location on the Lough.

Brilliant experience - This was a wonderful experience and as good or better than any other cooking class I have ever done. The pace was relaxed yet we learned how to make soda, wheaten and potato bread ourselves which was just fantastic. It was lovely to meet all kinds of people too and the have a lovely cup of tea with the breads and cake afterwards. Tracey and her helpers were so lovely and the setting is just magnificent. Highly recommended for a lovely morning out.

Enjoyable bread making experience - A very enjoyable time spent learning traditional Irish bread making. Tracey is a lovely easy going person and a great instructor. At the end of the session a lovely tea was provided where we sampled the breads, beautiful home made jams and butters and a superb sponge cake, a very nice touch. You also get to take home everything you make! Would highly recommend this experience to all, you will thoroughly enjoy it.
