Embark on a delightful journey into Greek cuisine with us, enjoying a relaxed morning dedicated to savoring Greek food and culture.
Every Friday, start the day in a truly Greek fashion with iced coffee and/or healthy mountain tea, prepared by each participant to embrace the spirit of the experience. After introductions, the class begins with making Stiffado, an iconic Greek dish ideal for stress-free dinner parties. This is followed by a variety of appetizers, including spinach and feta pie, dolmades, a spicy cheese dip, and an incredibly simple yet delightful salad. The menu is completed with our delicious ‘make-ahead’ orange cake.
Throughout the morning, enjoy stories about the island, its culture, and the evolution of the Mediterranean diet. There will be plenty of hands-on opportunities, different products to taste, and wines to sample – ensuring no one leaves hungry.
TUESDAY CLASS: The Greek Classics –
The same format with different dishes: Moussaka, Baklava rolls, Saganaki, Greek Salad & Tzatziki.
NEW SATURDAY CLASS: Vegetarian Zakynthian Comfort Food
Featuring Stuffed Tomatoes, Courgette Fritters, Spicy Baked Cheese & Kataifi.
