Cooking and learning about Zakynthos history and cultural background of local dishes - We learned far more than to cook Moussaka or Greek Salad. Alex gives a very interesting insight of greek history and Zakynthos history. We enjoyed the course, the meals and company very much and recommend to others who want to explore more than Zantes touristic side.

Lovely time - The experience was more than expected. We learned how to make delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere that celebrated cooking as a fun activity. Additionally, Alex is an excellent historian who shared fascinating stories and background information about the island and its cuisine. It was an incredible experience and a birthday gift that will always be cherished. Beth, Brendan, and Ryan

Cooking class Green Frog - Alex (chef of the course) is passionate about the matter. It's really fun watching him. Not only well-known recipes from Greece are explained and cooked. A short journey through time through Greece is also included. It was really a great morning, gladly again:)

The highlight of my holiday! - My son and I had the absolute best day of our vacation at the cooking class at The Green Frog in Argassi! A huge thank you to all the staff for four wonderful hours. As a travel consultant, I truly recommend this experience to anyone interested in food combined with a touch of Greek history – a perfect mix! Alex was fantastic, and his lovely mother made the experience even more special. We’ll definitely come back next time we visit Zakynthos. We’re so excited to try the recipes at home using their own local olive oil, which we bought directly from their shop connected to the restaurant 😄
