On time and helpful staff - The guide picked us from hotel on time. The ride to the glacier was very smooth. We were given clear instructions on every stops. We felt we had ample time to spend on land to get to various viewpoints to take pictures. The boat tour part was nice too. We left our power bank in the bus when we got back to our hotel. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and within half an hour they were able to locate it and returned it back to me at the hotel. We really appreciate it.

The tour included a boat... - The tour included a boat ride that brought us up close and personal to the Glacier which gave us a chance to take amazing pictures. We also had the chance to take aerial photos and appreciate the Glacier at a different vantage point.
There was plenty of time given to us to appreciate the Glacier.

Super day in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. - The glacier has to be seen to be appreciated, amazing! Our guide Veronica was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Breaking down the information about the flora, fauna and the glacier itself in English and Spanish. I also elected to do the boat cruise and it was money well spent. I highly recommend this activity.

Mandatory tour. - Perfect from beginning to end. The tour is almost mandatory. The beauty of the glacier is indescribable and the feeling of passing so close and touching it is memorable. I did the Blue Safari with Hielo y Aventura and I don't regret it, I would definitely do other trips with them. The guide (Silvia) was wonderful and super attentive with the group.

The Moreno expert from a different perspective! - The operator hired to carry out the tour can be the true balance between the success and failure of the tour. And Patagonia Dreams was a very good choice . I made the purchase in advance here from Brazil because the dollar was swinging a lot. They have been very professional since then .
I’m not going to stick to describing the Perito Moreno Glacier already described by thousands of other travellers.
It is a unique opportunity for most people . Glaciers exist all over the world, but with such easy access, for anyone, it's unlikely. That is why it is very visited by people of various ages and from various places in the world.
Los Glaciares National Park opens at 8:00 hs, so you need to leave early because the movement of people at the entrance is very large.
Hire the tour with transfer included is an easy to observe as it allows to take breakfast at the hotel, dress calmly (there is a lot of clothes) and separate the essential to carry - water, snacks, medicines, etc...
The park is about 47 KM from El Calafate and the journey takes around 45 minutes. But it passes very quickly because the landscape is very beautiful and the guide who accompanied us was very good. It was describing the geography and characteristics of the region, the local fauna and flora, in addition to providing interesting data from the Perito Moreno.
Upon arrival you will need to purchase the Park ticket as it is not included in the tour. And here goes an important tip . If you go to other tours to other glaciers on other days, save your ticket because you will only pay 50% of the amount charged when presenting the ticket, which is not cheap!!
If possible, bring a Power Pack to make sure you don’t run out of battery on your phone as you’ll shoot and film a lot.
Walking through the sidewalks and admiring this gigantic and imposing natural wonder is something indescribable that the photos, by themselves, will only be a record of moments and emotions that they cannot transmit.
The Perito Moreno has an area of 195 km2 (larger than Buenos Aires) and ice walls up to 80 m high. It has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
With luck (I had) it is possible and patience, you will witness a spectacular moment, when breaks occur and ice blocks dissolve from the glacier and slide smoothly through the water, the so-called Icebergs.
The option that includes the boat ride provides a spectacular experience as it reaches about 300 meters from the glacier.
I dare say that the unshakable emotion I felt (I think many feel the same) was very similar to that of the astronauts observing Earth from the Space Station.
Its greatness and perfection makes us see how small we are.

Magnificent glacier, breathtaking views - Though I am giving 5 stars because the glacier was breathtaking. But the agency needs to be little more transperant and declare from the beginning that the ones who are going for the boat trip won't get time to climb all the viewing stairs. Personally I feel the glacier felt closer from the stairs than from the boat and even though one can see the glacier from 2 different perspectives in boat and stairs combined tour, considering the high expenses of the boat trip, people should be given a choice to climb the stairs first and then decide to go/not go on the boat. For me no choice was there as I already paid for the boat trip while booking (as the booking description wasn't transparent enough). Even those who didn't book it beforehand, had to book it on the spot without being given the chance to choose. This should be looked into by the agency.
