- Agios Georgios - Saint George’s Castle, constructed during the Byzantine Era, was once the capital of Kefalonia. Many locals claim that the panoramic view from this castle over the Livathos region is even more stunning than the view from Myrtos beach. Close to the castle, there is a beautiful and cherished church built in 1580.

Here, visitors learn about local bee products and enjoy tasting pure honey from their apiary. The tour continues to Liocharis Olive Mill, where a local expert presents the olive-to-oil process, followed by an extensive tasting session. The next destination is the ruins of Saint George’s Castle, once the capital of Kefalonia, offering breathtaking inland views and a nearby 16th-century church.
The final destination is Gentilini Winery for a tour and wine tasting. The tour concludes back at the meeting point, leaving participants satisfied.
