Super trip by jeep - The Jeep Tour was just great!!! It was a super great day with a super fun and easygoing team! At the stops everything was explained German by the guide and it was a great panorama. Highly recommended if you want to explore the interior of the island. You can't get there by yourself with the rental car and you can't find this great route.

Exceptional tour!!! - The whole experience was amazing! If you love nature and mountains, this is it! The tour guide/driver were very helpful. Just make sure to bring water and cap because it’ll be fuming hot.

Highly recommend this trip to see how diverse Gran Canaria is in a fun and interesting way - Great half day trip. Charles our guide was interesting, funny and a great guide going above and beyond to ensure a fellow passenger who was hearing impaired was well looked after by using his mobile phone to transcribe. Off roading was a bit hairy. It great fun and it was incredible to experience the diverse climate and nature Gran Canaria has to offer

Nice cars and route with customer service issues - What is good about this tour is the use of open top defenders and the route into the mountains. What isn’t good, and I know is mentioned on the reviews above, is that there was an issue with the hotel pick up location and the lady that calls you is very abrupt and hangs up the phone on you when she finishes speaking. It’s really quite bizarre to be hung up on without even saying goodbye when you have paid so much for the tour. There was one tour guide who spoke English but during the drive (which is most of the tour) we were mixed in with Germans who didn’t speak to each other and the driver made it really clear he spoke no English at all, so it’s more of a drive through the mountains than a tour. It is quite bizarre that they don’t place you in a vehicle based on the language of the tour guide and the other guests. If you asked me would I take this tour again over other tours available in Gran Canaria which are more organised and service focussed, I probably wouldn’t.

Disappointing and disrespectful company - It may have been a good experience had they picked us up. Waited from the given departure time for two hours no show. Attempted to contact 10 minutes after supposed pick up time but no joy. Went to Viator (who we booked through) who immediately supported us. The company initially told them we hadn’t got a confirmed booking. To which I forwarded photographic evidence of the ‘confirmed’ booking. Then (after two hours) the company rang and immediately began a barrage of ‘you weren’t there’ accusations. To which I calmly replied we were and you are welcome to speak to our reception as we were with them. They then quite impudently offered another trip the following day. When I informed them this was our last day the woman began her barrage of accusations that we were not there again. Not wanting our final day ruined anymore I said goodbye and hung up. Viator have been fantastic support but I would advise against this trip if they are organising the transportation. Also very annoyed that they had the unprofessional approach of lying to Viator regarding our booking. Very disappointing as we were looking to end our holiday with a fun day out.

An absolute rip off! Avoid! - Two family members booked this trip. They arrived at the designated pick up point at the hotel early and waited. They were not collected. They rang the company to find out why they had not been collected and were met with confusion. The company then lied, saying that they were not at the pick up point and are refusing to refund them. Do not book this trip.

Left in the Dust – Literally! - Booked the Gran Canaria Jeep Safari expecting an unforgettable adventure. Unfortunately, it was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. We were ready and waiting at the agreed pickup point, on time. They never showed up. Later, they claimed we weren’t there, which simply isn’t true. Zero accountability, no apology, and worst of all—no refund because somehow it was our fault. Avoid this excursion unless you enjoy being stranded and blamed for someone else’s mistake. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

The Excursion That Doesn't Exist - Booked this excursion, showed up on time, and no one came. Called twice - was told it was booked for the wrong day, their mistake. Now they claim I wasn't there waiting and refuse to refund or reschedule. Shocking service, no accountability. They took my money, refused to refund, and delivered nothing. Opened dispute with bank. Avoid.
