Excellent tour and would highly recommend. - Ed was the BEST tour guide. We booked on a Thursday and it wasn’t too crowded. Picked up at our hotel in Flagstaff and dropped us off at our hotel. Everything ran on time and the van was comfortable with 8 other passengers.

Perfect tour and guide for our group of 11 - The Grand Canyon Tour from Flagstaff was excellent all around. Our group included 5 adults and 6 children (three teens, a 10 year old and two 9 years old). Our guide Stanton picked us up at our Airbnb house in Flagstaff at 8:30 and drive us to the east entrance to the GC, an entrance with much shorter wait times than the ones on the western side of Flagstaff. On the way we stopped at Cameron Trading Post to shop for souvenirs and authentic Native art pieces. For the next several hours we visited several different viewpoints and sites around the GC. Stanton was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was also very personable and helpful in general. The van was comfortable and easy to get in and out. We returned to our Airbnb around 5 pm. I would highly recommend this tour and Stanton as your guide.

Great trip around the canyon! - We had a great time on our tour! Our guide, Charlie, pointed out areas of interest throughout the tour and provided a lot of trivia. We had plenty of stops along the canyon for different views with a good amount of time at each stop. The lunch stop had several options for different types of food (purchase your own food). Fantastic trip!

Relax and enjoy the ride - Excellent communication from the ease of booking to the time of pick up. After several long days planning routes at different places for area visits it was great just to relax and enjoy while someone else drove.

Grand Canyon tour from Flagstaff - Our guide was very informative. He knew so much history and kept us engaged the entire trip. There were so many stops with just the right amount of time to get out and explore the amazing views! We never felt rushed. Lunch on the Indian reservation was so good!

Best bang for your buck - There are so many options to consider when deciding how you want to experience the grand canyon. Great West Tours is the way to go! Everything was planned and we just got to sit back and enjoy. Our tour guide Stanton was very knowledgeable and made sure we had all the info we needed to explore every stop and make the most use of our time. Wonderful way to spend the day experiencing the grand canyon from multiple sites!

Awesome Grand Canyon trip! - Kurt was very informative about the whole north Arizona landscape and the Grand Canton landscape. He explained the different life zones in the canyon and took us to points with fewer people. It was a great time for us and our grandkids. Thank you!

A MUST DO!!! - Well I can honestly say this tour over-delivered and then some! I highly recommend! Whether you’re staying in Sedona or Flagstaff, don’t miss out on this! It was a small group, so we weren’t being herded like cattle into various stops. Our guide, Stanton, was excellent, very knowledgeable and ensured we were looked after all day. I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Sadly, the bar was set high with this tour, so when I went on a subsequent tour from a different location with a different operator, I was a bit disappointed. I would book this again in a heartbeat!

Book it now! You won’t be disappointed! - Taking the tour allowed us to focus on the amazing, ever changing scenery and not on driving. Our guide Kurt shared his knowledge and passion for the history and uniqueness of the area. At no time did we feel rushed. Kurt allowed us plenty of time to browse, shop, eat, and see the sights. Plus, we spotted a herd of elk grazing on the edge of the road.
To say that the canyon is GRAND is an understatement. Amazing? No. Breathtaking? No. Awe inspiring? No. There are no words to describe it. You can only experience it’s grandeur.
Booking was a breeze. Communication was top notch. Ease of pickup at our hotel was flawless. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends and family.
