Excellent experience - Personalized tour with expert guide (Jeff) who seemed to know about everything from geology to Native American legends. We spent just the right amount of time at all the right places. Highly recommended.

Great Grand Canyon Tour - Great tour, we saw all of the Grand Canyon that we needed to see. The tour guide picked us up at our hotel in Flagstaff. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and kept us entertained with interesting information about the canyon, Arizona, and whatever else popped into his head. Safety was a top concern and reflected in how he drove and warnings about the possible ice in the walkways at the various stops. I highly recommend!

Steve was our tour guide... - Steve was our tour guide and he had copious amounts of information about not only the area and the Grand Canyon, but about history and geography of all over America! He was prompt and allowed us to kind of guide how long we’d like to stay at certain places! It was a great experience and I will recommend to anyone I talk to that this is the way to tour the Grand Canyon! He also offered to take memorable pictures. Overall amazing experience!

The Beauty is Beyond Words - Views were spectacular, but our tour guide Brad added to the experience. His knowledge of the people and area was fantastic.

Excellent tour and would highly recommend. - Ed was the BEST tour guide. We booked on a Thursday and it wasn’t too crowded. Picked up at our hotel in Flagstaff and dropped us off at our hotel. Everything ran on time and the van was comfortable with 8 other passengers.

Perfect tour and guide for our group of 11 - The Grand Canyon Tour from Flagstaff was excellent all around. Our group included 5 adults and 6 children (three teens, a 10 year old and two 9 years old). Our guide Stanton picked us up at our Airbnb house in Flagstaff at 8:30 and drive us to the east entrance to the GC, an entrance with much shorter wait times than the ones on the western side of Flagstaff. On the way we stopped at Cameron Trading Post to shop for souvenirs and authentic Native art pieces. For the next several hours we visited several different viewpoints and sites around the GC. Stanton was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was also very personable and helpful in general. The van was comfortable and easy to get in and out. We returned to our Airbnb around 5 pm. I would highly recommend this tour and Stanton as your guide.

Driver demanding large tips - The views were out of this world, however it was not all sunshine and flowers. Pick up was advised to be 0815. Collected at 0840. Delivery back to hotel was to be 17.00. Actual time returned to hotel 16.00. 1.5 hours paid for not received. Time could have been used at additional viewpoints. Only stopped at 3 viewpoints. Stop for lunch was at 10.45 with lunch at 11.00. 11.00 is not lunch time. Another family group on our tour were dropped off first. 2 adults and 2 small children. When driver climbed back into van she was livid that no tip had been offered. The family were from Singapore where it is frowned on to offer tips. The driver reconstructed with my wife and I and the remaining 2 ladies on board, about not being offered a tip. She was most upset and I think she wanted to bully my wife and I top tip the 15% that she wanted. My tour cost approx 400 $. She wanted a tip of 60$. When she started yelling about no tip received I changed my tip from $20 and gave her only $10. I am sure that she was not pleased when we left the bus.
