Great Service! Book with Confidence - Excellent service. Great communication. The instructions for meeting up at the airport were crystal clear; the greeter was courteous, the van was in good condition and driver very courteous. Will use them again with confidence. Strongly recommended

Comfy - Our experience on the Mercedes Benz van was slick, easy, on time. Very cozy van, pleasant and helpful drivers, amenities, tv, wifi all was great. I highly recommend using these guys.

Excellent service - The booking process was simple. The company made contact via WhatsApp and confirmed the booking giving a piece of mind regarding the booking. The driver was punctual, friendly, helpful with the luggage transfer in and out of the car. Couldn’t really ask for much more.

Seamless VIP Transfer and Private Tour Experience - I used Rento for airport transfer and a private tour during my stay, and everything was absolutely seamless. My driver, Necmi, picked me up from the airport in a VIP Vito (Private), and the ride was smooth, clean, and comfortable. They also arranged a private tour with a knowledgeable guide that really enhanced my trip. From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Not the experience we expected - The driver got us to our hotel safely and comfortably, which we appreciated. However, we booked the transfer for convenience and expected someone to be waiting upon arrival. Instead, we struggled to find the driver, received no clear instructions, and had to contact the company ourselves. Once we found the meeting point, we were told the driver hadn't arrived and had to wait another 10 minutes. It left us wondering if we would’ve waited even longer had we found the spot right away. Also, no bottled water was provided as advertised. Overall, while the ride was smooth, the experience didn’t meet our expectations for a pre-booked transfer.

Angry and disappointed - We arrived and waited at designated spot, driver never showed up. I personally went to every minivan driver. None of them were there for us. Had to hire another van and pay for transport again. This is after traveling for 2 days.
