Your reservation is confirmed immediately. We will reach out to you via WhatsApp, or email if WhatsApp is unavailable, to verify the following details:

• Flight number
• Landing time
• Number of passengers (maximum of 5)
• Drop-off address (hotel name or specific address in Fatih, Beyoğlu, or Galata)

Depending on availability, a Peugeot Minivan or Mercedes Minivan will be assigned. Your driver is scheduled to align with your flight’s arrival time. In the event of a flight delay, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly.

The agent will be stationed at Exit Gate 14, holding an SBL Board with your name. If you do not immediately spot the driver due to crowding, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp for prompt assistance. The agent will guide you to the vehicle and help with your luggage.

You will enjoy a private journey in an air-conditioned minivan. The transfer is exclusive, with no shared passengers and no stops for other travelers. The driver will take the most efficient route based on traffic conditions to your destination in Fatih, Beyoğlu, or Galata.
