Super fun day while doing exercise - This activity was a fantastic experience with nature while doing a bit of exercise. The level is for beginners so everyone can do this activity. You jump, walk, slide and abseil through the 1 km of river. The guides were professional at their Job and very friendly and give different options in case you are uncomfortable with something albeit there was no need. If you are in Porto and love nature and exercise you should definitely give it a go

An interesting experience for the thrill seekers - I did the tour with this company and had somewhat mixed feelings about it. I do not think I was complete aware what I was going to do before I actually went on this tour.
At the beginning I felt like I regret all my life choices for the last 24 hours lol. Do your research on what extreme canyoning is before you go as I believe it is not for everyone.
They provide you with a wetsuit and you can hire special shoes ( do hire them as they are specifically designed for this activity. Some rocks were slippery and even with the shoes- you can slip).
Having said that, Baptista was our guide through this tour and he made sure we are aware of what our options are- jump, abseil etc and feel comfortable with what we decide to do. He advised us where from to jump, how to land in water etc. and even if he thinks we should not.
There are a couple high waterfalls to jump from ranging from 5-12.5 metres in height ( no joke!) and no- I did not jump from either of those. I just descended with the rope. You can hurt yourself if you land on the wrong side so took the safe road down. Abseiling though is quite fun and 100% very safe as you get 2 different ropes so you have options if you do not want to jump.
Definitely got my adrenaline pumping through out the day.

Fun guaranteed - Super great tour and very nice and fun guide. Pick up worked great and we felt very safe at all times. The little lunch was good too. Then a waterfall was visited.

Couldn’t recommend more!! Best activity we’ve ever done in Portugal!! 🥰 - Oh my days.! It was the best activity we’ve done so far in Portugal and one of the best in general. I got it as a Birthday present for my boyfriend. Pedro was our guide and he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We felt absolutely safe and taken care of , inventory is all new and in bestest quality. The drive to the eco park was very scenic and breathtaking, but the abseiling and canyoning was something out of this planet. The level of ,,extreme” can be adjusted to your personal needs and fitness level. Pedro also make loads of amazing pictures for us!

Fun packed day - 100% recommended! - We are a family with two teenage boys and normally do some kind of adventurous activity on holiday, so extreme canyoning seemed ideal. Afterwards we agreed that this was one of the best holiday activities that we have ever done! Batista and Luis were polite, professional, friendly, patient and made the day very enjoyable. Safety is naturally an issue but we could enjoy the thrills of the day without ever feeling concerned about what we were doing. The equipment was very well maintained and comfortable, especially the shoes which have an amazing level of grip. It is worth eating well before going as there are no breaks for food during the day, and a high factor, waterproof sun cream for hands, neck and face is important in the summer sun. We would fully recommend this day for people with a sense of adventure looking for a trip with a difference!

Canyoning - We took this excursion with Batiste and Nono our two guides in a river near Arouca. The day starts with a bit of walking (uphill) to reach the starting point. The descent into the river is done at the rhythm of the group. We were only 4 including 2 children and the descent ended around 3pm. The river is suitable for all levels and the guides were just perfect.

Amazing experience - Neither one of us had any experience canyoning, so we were a bit nervous in the beginning. Our guide ensured us of our safety and explained/guided everything perfectly. We really loved the tour! The many lagoons, creeks and abseiling locations are just incredible. We would recommend the tour for anyone who is looking for an active day in the mountains.

Great! - Very good activity organized by diogo . On-site monitors friendly and attentive , everyone goes at his own pace and they wait for us when we fall a little behind.
Too bad we could only do one jump on the four waterfalls. For the rest it was a reminder.
We had a very good full day with a free meal and very good.
Thank you Diogo for this organization and travels very nice.
