  Embark on an exciting journey starting at Areinho River Beach, close to the entrance of the Paiva Walkways, where the Activity Guide will greet you. Following a brief overview of the activity, all necessary equipment will be provided, and you’ll head to the river near Paradinha, a charming riverside schist village, in a 4x4 vehicle. Upon reaching the river, a concise yet crucial safety briefing will prepare you for the thrilling rapids of the Paiva River! Throughout the adventure, there will be moments to unwind, challenge yourself, and enjoy with fellow adventurers.

After the activity, take a break and savor a delightful meal! As the adventure concludes, a visit to the picturesque town of Arouca awaits. Here, you can relax, sip a refreshing drink, and sample a local snack at a traditional restaurant in the historic center. If the lunch-included option is selected, enjoy the region’s specialty: Arouquesa roasted veal, accompanied by a beverage of your choice (wine included).

River Tubing will challenge you to discover the Paiva River in an unusual way. River Tubing is a summer flow river descent, with the use of a inflatable tube that will serve as a floating “lounge chair”. This unpredictable vessel, will make the small rapids all the more fun! In between these rapids, full of adrenaline and fun, you will have time to relax amidst the nature around you! Along the activity there will be oportunities to challenge yourself with some jumps into the water!
