Hotel pick up. - Mark is a fantastic driver, very friendly, knowledgeable about the island and very funny! He met us right at our hotel and helped with our bags! The car was comfortable and we had lots of room! Fantastic experience to the airport

AUA to Radisson Blu Aruba - I found my name after reclaiming baggage but the person who calls for the driver was off … IDK … chatting with friends. Got over that, he called the driver and helped us ro the Explorer … an older Explorer. My partner and I routinely use Black Car service in Chicago so this ride felt more like a Rideshare Comfort level ride with the loud music, driver texting and looking at pics. I could see his phone screen so I asked him to stop texting after veering out of the driving lane for the 2nd time. He said he was responding to inquires about my ride … which … after seeing pics that made him grin/chuckle, I knew he was not telling the truth. He then stopped and focused on driving my partner and me to our hotel.

Poor customer service - Booked for 5 people as allowed on viator and paid extra for the black truck vehicle and not only was our pick up late and not for the time I booked at 5:15pm we ended up with a van which cost less. I literally watched them take another group before us, we were told we were late and after proving we’ve been there on time and hours prior actually I was told I’d get the difference back in the cost of the vehicles and no one reached out to give me the money back. Today (on our way out) we were told and booked for 10am, viator confirmed my 10am last night and somehow the operator has us for a 10:30am pick up. So we are at our Airbnb past our check out time. This is absolutely ridiculous! I am not happy and I want my refund for the difference.

Late pickup - I had to wait 30 minutes for my ride. That shouldn’t be if I’m paying for private transportation. I was really surprised given the reviews. Maybe it was a one off situation but I won’t use them again.
