• As a coral island, our beach can be rocky. Water shoes are recommended or you can purchase one at our Coconut Giftshop
• Food and Beverage: there is a premium bar as well as Balashi beer. The food menu is different every day and the snack bar has chicken nuggets, french fries, hamburgers and hot dogs.
• Cabanas for rent are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• It is recommended that you bring a towel and reef safe sunscreen.
• You must be 8 years or older to participate in the optional SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities.
• Our Chilean and Cuban flamingos can be admired from a distance with a standard ticket. To mingle with them you must upgrade to one of our premium sections.
• Children 2 years and younger enter complimentary.
• Caution: Please ensure you read all island poster rules. Pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions or back problems should not ride the Banana Boat or using the Waterslides.
• For the Upgrade Activities; SeaTrek® or SNUBA® activities, a doctor’s letter of release is required if you or someone in your party has any of the following conditions: pregnancy, recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, and asthma.
• It is a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please schedule your snorkel adventure accordingly.
