Following breakfast, the journey sets off to Tarangire National Park. The initial stop is Arusha Town for any last-minute purchases before embarking on a 2-day luxurious Tanzania Safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant population and baobab trees. It forms the center of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras.

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. On this day, travel to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon in the Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti-Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After an early breakfast at the lodge, drive to Ngorongoro Crater, which is over six hundred meters deep. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and large African elephants. Another major attraction of this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Additionally, visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake at the southwestern corner, which is one of the crater’s main features. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here. Drive to Arusha where the trip concludes.
