Perfectly planned experience - We had an amazing safari experience from start to finish! The management team was so professional and helpful throughout the planning and the trip itself. Everything ran smoothly and we always felt taken care of. The lodges were absolutely incredible..comfortable, scenic, and full of character. The highlight for us was definitely the Ngorongoro Crater, it was breathtaking and something we’ll never forget. You can tell this company truly cares about their guests and knows how to create a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable adventure - The safari was very well organized, from the accommodations before the safari to the end everything fit perfectly. The food (breakfast, lunch, evening) was very delicious (both local and international) and definitely more than enough every day. Beautiful animal experience with the most lovely company - Super successful trip, Lobulu was a superb good guide, quiet and calm guide who only talked when necessary and was good at spotting the animals. We all saw THE BIG FIVE! In addition, Dula made the most delicious food for us on the whole trip!

Hakuna Matata - you must have experienced first hand - The trip with Meru Slopes Tours & Safaris really deserves a rating of 5 stars!! We booked these as part of our honeymoon long in advance. Of course, we had to pay a deposit for this, which had worked well. From the time of our request we were constantly kept informed by Leonard Mkwavi and always well informed (via Whatsapp). The man wrote back to our questions almost around the clock and responded to our needs. The handling of the trip including very punctual airport transfers (even in the middle of the night) was excellent. We had Ezekiel as our guide for the guided group tour (4 more people and us 2). He could show us all the animals we wanted (including the rare rhino on the last day) and answer all the questions. The vehicle was also in very good condition, which meant we didn't break down even on the bumpiest roads and the deepest potholes. Food and cool drinks were always on board, and our chef conjured up wonderful dishes in the accommodations while we were on a safari tour. Unforgettable Trip - Abraham was the best guide we could have wished for! Thanks to him, we saw all of the Big Five — he was incredibly attentive and even went the extra mile to find a leopard for us. Our cook was also amazing, preparing absolutely delicious meals for us every morning, afternoon, and evening. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more caring team. Magic Safari - We had an unforgettable experience in Tanzania, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater parks. From day one we were impressed by the excellent organization: everything was taken care of in every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy the trip without worries. Sleeping in the tented camps surrounded by nature was exciting and suggestive, making us experience the authentic atmosphere of the safari. Accompanying us was always our chef Goudi, who surprised us every day with delicious and well-kept dishes. Our driver Abraham proved to be extremely experienced, kind and always available to comply with our requests. Thanks to his preparation and attention, we were able to see many animals up close and live the safari in total safety. Unforgettable Safari in Tanzania - We had the chance to go on a 4-day, 3-night safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater, and it was simply amazing. Two nights in a tent out in nature gave the adventure an authentic and exciting touch, and every single game drive was filled with new discoveries. Thanks to our guide’s detailed explanations, we learned so much about the animals and landscapes while spotting the Big Five and many more species. The provided equipment—both the safari car and camping gear—was excellent and made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. This trip exceeded all expectations and is one we can recommend without hesitation. Our Driver Paul A special mention goes to our driver Paul, who truly made this safari extraordinary. He is extremely passionate and experienced, and it was fascinating to see how he managed to spot animals while driving—often long before anyone else did. Thanks to his skill and careful driving, we never had any issues with the car, even in challenging terrain where we saw many other vehicles get stuck. Paul speaks excellent English, and we really enjoyed our conversations with him—not only about African wildlife and culture but also about everyday life and personal topics. He is an open-minded, kind, and very responsible person. If you have the chance, definitely ask for Paul as your driver—you won’t regret it. He made our safari truly unforgettable. Our Chef Ponge (Elia) We were also lucky to have Ponge as our chef during the safari. He prepared absolutely delicious meals, which were a highlight in themselves after long days out in the bush. On top of his cooking skills, Ponge is a warm-hearted, funny person, and we loved our talks with him. His positive energy added so much to the trip. We sincerely hope every traveler gets the chance to taste Ponge’s cooking—it’s something you won’t forget!

AMAZING SAFARI WITH EXCELLENT GUIDES! - We went on a safari in Tanzania in August, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had! We visited Tarangire, Serengeti (my absolute favorite one!), and Ngorongoro. We were incredibly lucky to spot a wide variety of animals, and every day brought something new and exciting. ASANTE SANA to all of our guides — Rashid, Lobulu, and Samueli — which were outstanding: friendly, professional, passionate about their work, and always attentive to our needs. They made us feel completely immersed in the experience. Accomodations, transportations and food were extremely well organized. Highly recommend!
