Arusha - Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, the guide will greet you and transport you to Arusha. Once there, you will be escorted to your chosen hotel and receive a briefing about your safari adventure.

GAME DRIVE TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Tarangire National Park - After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and journey to Tarangire National Park, a highlight of Northern Tanzania’s circuit. This park is famous for its large elephant herds, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, and over 550 bird species. You will have the chance to see the world’s largest bird, the ostrich, before proceeding to a lodge near the Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and an overnight stay.

NGORONGORO CRATER

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - The following day begins with an early breakfast, followed by a drive to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its stunning natural beauty. Descend into the crater, often called “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” home to approximately 25,000 wildlife species and a diverse array of birdlife. The crater’s towering walls create a natural enclosure for zebras, buffalo, antelopes, and wildebeest, as well as black rhinos that inhabit the dense forests and expansive grasslands.

Serengeti National Park - Over the next two days, explore the Serengeti National Park, one of East Africa’s premier wildlife-viewing destinations. As you enter the park, look out for the migrating herds of wildebeest and zebras, along with numerous gazelles, giraffes, and predators following them. Overnight stays will be at one of the tented camps.

Mara River - Start the day with a game drive through the central Serengeti before heading north to the Mara River, where herds gather in late August. Witness the dramatic scene as wildebeest and zebras assemble on the riverbanks, preparing for the challenging crossing while avoiding resident crocodiles, an event known as the “World Cup of Wildlife.”
