• Ngorongoro Conservation Area - At 6:00 am, be prepared for a pick-up from your hotel or accommodation in Arusha town.

Your entry permit will be verified, allowing you to proceed on a drive to the Crater Rim, where you will pause briefly to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Crater from above. Descend to the crater floor for a day filled with game drives. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest intact calderas in the world and offers one of the most stunning views in all of Africa. All the BIG FIVE animals—Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Elephant—have made the Crater their beautiful home. Other residents include Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena, and more. Bird species include flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures, and many other bird families.

Your box lunch will be served at the picnic site at the Crater Ngoitokok swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, enjoy another round of afternoon game viewing. At 3:00 pm, ascend the Crater and drive back to Arusha.
