Our main task for the day is to make sure we reach Mandara Hut, the first point of a full hike. We will only trek through the lower attitudes, taking our picnic lunch en route to Mandara Hut. Once we are at Mandara Hut, we will rest for approximately 30 to 45 minutes before we begin our slow descent back to the Main Gate. - Kilimanjaro Region - Our driver will be waiting for you to drive you back to your hotel with relaxing music and cold or warm Kilimanjaro beer to take away the tiredness. Not only should you climb it but drink it too.

This is the best tour operator for safari and trips I'm Tanzania - We had an unforgettable 4-day luxury trip in Tanzania with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris, and we highly recommend this amazing team led by John. The whole journey was smooth, exciting, and very well organized. Our adventure started in Serengeti National Park, where we stayed at the beautiful Melia Serengeti Lodge. The views were stunning, the service was excellent, and the game drive was packed with wildlife—we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and even a cheetah. The next day, we traveled to the Ngorongoro Crater and stayed at the luxurious Melia Ngorongoro. The crater was breathtaking and full of animals, including rhinos and hippos. On the third day, we did a Mount Kilimanjaro day hike via the Marangu Route, which took us through a lush rainforest up to Mandara Hut. It was a beautiful and refreshing experience that gave us a great feel of the mountain without needing to summit. We ended our trip in Arusha at the elegant Melia Arusha, where we relaxed in the peaceful gardens and enjoyed delicious food. This trip gave us the perfect mix of luxury safari, wildlife adventure, and a taste of Kilimanjaro trekking. Best operator in arusha - Our 5-day adventure with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris included a 4-day luxury safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti, followed by a 1-day Kilimanjaro hike via the Marangu Route. The experience was exceptional from start to finish filled with stunning wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and top-quality service. Our guide, John was outstanding: knowledgeable, professional, and passionate. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, and the Kilimanjaro hike added the perfect touch of adventure. Enlightening experience. - If you're in Arusha, you must book a hike with Private Full Day Hiking Experience! The Marangu Route was stunning, and the organization of the trip was top-notch. Great Day Hike of Kilimanjaro - This was a great day hike, getting a taste of climbing Kilimanjaro. The rainforest at the base was beautiful, and it was exciting to see the monkeys in the forest and to make it Mandara hut.
I also had an excellent time with the guide Ami. He was very professional, set an excellent pace, and repeatedly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife and scenery, and showed an in depth knowledge of the history of Kilimanjaro. He was also very entertaining and provided very interesting conversations!
Overall this is a wonderful hike that will be best for those without the time or training to try for the summit!
