Serengeti National Park - Begin your camping safari adventure bright and early from your accommodation in Arusha. Embark on a picturesque drive through the Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro highlands, heading towards Serengeti National Park. A brief stop at the Ngorongoro Gate will be made before continuing through the conservation area, where you might spot Maasai herders with their cattle. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way before entering the expansive plains of the Serengeti. Here, your first game drive will commence as you make your way to the Central Serengeti, known for its abundant wildlife and frequent predator sightings. In the late afternoon, arrive at a public campsite within the park, where your support team will set up tents and prepare a freshly cooked dinner. Relish your meal before settling in for the night.

Serengeti National Park- Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti National Park - Start your day early with breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive across the Serengeti’s vast plains. This day is dedicated to exploring the park, with your guide assisting in tracking animals such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, hyenas, and—if fortunate—a lounging leopard. A packed lunch will be enjoyed at a picnic site. After an exhilarating day of wildlife viewing, return to your campsite in the late afternoon. As the sun sets, your camp crew will prepare another hearty dinner before you retire to your tent for a restful night.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Following breakfast, depart from the campsite and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the renowned Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive within this unique volcanic caldera, home to an incredible density of wildlife. After a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, ascend back up the crater rim and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your accommodation.

Amazing Wildlife - Enjoyed an amazing experience seeing every different animal I could imagine including the Big Five, but also so much more. The Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater were amazing and the campsites exceeded expectations. Really appreciate the team and all the assistance they offered me before, during and after my trip

Unforgettable experience - We really enjoyed the 3-day group safari. It was very well organized, the day before we received a briefing about the upcoming safari and what to expect. Our driver and guide. Charles, picked us up at the hotel at the agreed time and made sure we felt comfortable and safe from the start. He explained a lot to us and always managed to be in the right place at the right time to be able to see and photograph lions, leopards, elephants etc. in special moments. The two camps were fantastic, again we shared the camp with Marabus and zebras. At night it was advisable to leave the tent as a couple and with a flashlight, as other wildlife also visit the camp. However, at no point did we feel unsafe or exposed to danger. The food was very delicious, it was always freshly cooked for us. In general, the people who took care of us at the campsite were absolutely friendly and wonderful, we will think about that for a long time to come. On the whole, this safari was one of the most breathtaking and exciting experiences we have ever experienced.

Safari Njema! - We are extremely satisfied with the safari's organization and highly recommend Vision Safari & Tour. The 3-day safari was full of excitement, and we managed to see the entire "Big 5." We didn't have to worry about a thing; the food was delicious, the accommodations were in wonderful locations (zebras approached our tent within 5 meters at night!!!), and our luggage left in Arusha was safely stored. The organizers took care of us daily and ensured we lacked nothing. We highly recommend them!!!! Postscript: The people here are lovely and heartwarming; when they found out it was our honeymoon, they organized a surprise for us.❤️

Unforgettable experience! - Everything was made easy on our safari, when booking everything was tailored to what we needed. The team were patient in sending over revised quotes and helping us understand what options we had! We were collected from the airport and from there on in we didn't have to worry about anything, it was all sorted for us! We drove from Arusha to the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crator! Our tour guide King David was such a nice person who was so knowledgeable and funny, he really made the trip for us! The food from Kind Dennis was sensational was a warm and hearty camping experience. We got to eat amongst hippopotamus and got to see them in action communicating. We saw lions with there cubs eating a zebra! The whole trip truly was special and we made some great friends! We would highly recommend Vision Safari & Tours for making our safari experience unforgettable!

Amazing Experience - The safari was one of my most amazing experiences. It was a last-minute strategy, but it was the greatest. Thank you to Shebbie from Vision Safaris and Tours for organising everything and the itinerary to my liking in such a short period of time. The greatest and most professional. My experience with the serval wildlife was incredible. I managed to tick off one of my bucket list items by feeding giraffes.

Memories for a lifetime - My friend and I booked this safari with Vision very spontaneously. From the very first exchange by email, the communication was quick, easy and clear. We loved that they reached out frequently before arriving at the airport to make sure we have everything we needed. Once arrived onsite , the entire team was so adorable and professional (drivers for pickup/ drop off, hotel, vision team). The safari itself was outstanding. We already completed 4 of the big 5 on the first day, and managed to see all of the 5 (among many many many other animals) in the 3 days. Special thanks to our guide and cook who made the experience very special to us. They always cared about our safety and wellbeing and made sure to explore as much as possible. Also of great knowledge about the wildlife and the parcs. Food was always very delicious and prepared with love. In general, we had nothing to think about or worry about - everything was taken care of. Also to mention that tents and sleeping bags were clean and warm. Thanks to the entire team to provide us with lifetime memories and emotions we still don’t have words for. We will for sure come back 🙏🏼

Unique emotion, well organized tour - Really unique experience!! The tour allowed us to stay 3 days completely immersed in the Savannah and in contact with animals (even hover near Camps or around Jeeps). Our Guide was very careful to spot animals and the cook pleased us with very good local dishes. Recommendation to dress in layers, the night in Ngorongoro is really very cold and during the day the temperature change is so much. Shebby was always kind, helpful and ready to answer our doubts. An experience to do!

Serengeti & Ngorongoro Safari - Great experience, we did the 3 days and 2 nights Safari sleeping in the economy / public camps, so you have to adapt a lot. The chef is “personal” so he only eats for the group that is composed of a maximum of 6 people. We visited both the Serengeti and Ngorongoro and apart from the rhinoceros we saw all the animals. If you visit Ngorongoro at this time I highly recommend heavy clothing for the night because it is really very cold and windy (8 degrees or so). Shebby (the organizer) was really very kind and supported us in organizing everything and was present in case of need. Do not bring absolutely many clothes, but only a change because you will be full of dust all the time and there will be no hot water. Definitely incredible experience, the parks are spectacular and once in a lifetime should definitely be seen. Remember to bring some money in cash, preferably dollars, with euros I am not very used to and if you pay with pieces even just 10 or 20 € for example a coke or coffee, they will give you the change in dollars and considered the exchange will cost you four times. My personal consideration, if you have a little more budget to spend choose to sleep in “luxury” places, comforts will make the difference. For the rest thank you so much Vision Safari for the experience. Really recommended 😊
