Tarangire National Park - Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, an office representative and guide will be there to greet you. After a brief introduction, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its magnificent baobab trees and large elephant herds.

The scenic drive will take you through the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania, offering glimpses of local life along the way. Upon reaching Tarangire, embark on an exciting game drive to explore the park’s diverse habitats and wildlife. Keep your camera ready as you search for lions, leopards, giraffes, and more amidst the savannah and acacia woodlands. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the park’s natural beauty before continuing your safari adventure. In the afternoon, you’ll have more opportunities to spot wildlife as you traverse Tarangire’s expansive plains. As the day draws to a close, head to your accommodation for dinner and a well-deserved rest, reflecting on the day’s adventures.

Game en Route to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, on the way to Serengeti, you will pass by the Ngorongoro Crater and enjoy the crater view before heading to your destination.

The name Serengeti originates from the Masai word Siringitu, meaning endless plains. You will see why the Masai gave this region its name as the grassland savannah stretches to the horizon in the south and is only interrupted by the so-called kopjes. These kopjes are unique rock formations formed by the weathering of granite outcrops. The plains are the perfect hunting grounds for leopards and other big cats; you will have a good chance to view these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat through the open roof of the vehicle. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a standard home meal and later arrive at your destination for the day. You will camp at the Seronera campsite for the night and enjoy a delicious meal in the heart of the African bush.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park for a full-day game drive and enjoy lunch at a suitable spot inside the park. You will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the lodge. You will spend the following day inside the park on game drives.

Serengeti National Park is famous for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. However, be prepared to see resident predators such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Ngorongoro Crater / Fly to Zanzibar

Ngorongoro Crater - After breakfast, you will depart for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is one of Africa’s natural wonders. About 30,000 large mammals reside here year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, along with a wide variety of birds such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here in a short time.
After spending valuable time on a game drive inside the Crater, your guide will drive you back to Arusha for your evening flight to Zanzibar.
