Migration at Serengeti National Park - After an early breakfast, set off towards the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. The drive, although lengthy, is spectacular. You will ascend the crater highlands, pausing briefly at the rim for an extraordinary view of Ngorongoro Crater.
It is home to the Great Migration and hosts 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and various antelopes, including the plentiful impalas and Thomson’s gazelles. For big cats and large predators, Serengeti is the ideal place to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas, with many famous river crossing scenes filmed here.
Smaller animals like foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, rock hyrax, and African hares, along with over 500 bird species, also reside in this park.
DAY 3: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Migration at Serengeti National Park - Today marks your second day in Serengeti National Park!

The crater spans 102 sq. miles and has 2,000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah’s ark, housing nearly every species of wildlife native to East Africa. It’s one of the few places on the continent where you can see the black Rhino.
The crater features a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a high concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It’s also renowned for its elephants, which are the largest in the world and have enormous tusks.
DAY 5: NGORONGORO CRATER
Ngorongoro Crater - Begin the day early and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on earth. After the game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch near the beautiful Hippo Lake.
