Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - Your luxurious Tanzanian safari adventure begins in Arusha. After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park. Located 120km west of Arusha, Manyara is a small yet diverse park. Its namesake, a shallow salt lake, occupies a significant portion of the park, fluctuating with the seasons and hosting thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. During your exploration, you may encounter monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants, and possibly lions resting in the trees. The park is renowned for its varied landscapes, including open grassy plains, primate-filled woodlands, and baobab-dotted cliffs. After a full day in the park, you’ll head to your accommodation to unwind and enjoy dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - Early risers will be rewarded with stunning views of the sunrise over the crater’s edge. After a hearty breakfast, you’ll descend the adventurous track into this UNESCO World Heritage site. Formed millions of years ago, the crater is 610 meters deep and spans approximately 260 square kilometers. With a dense animal population of around 25,000, it offers the best game viewing in all of Tanzania’s parks. Within minutes, you can spot wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and some of the more than 500 bird species in the area. With a bit of luck, you might even glimpse the endangered black rhino through the grass.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, you’ll take one last look at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying the breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro Crater before continuing to Serengeti National Park, arriving by midday. As Tanzania’s largest park, the Serengeti boasts diverse landscapes and habitats, including grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. Here, the largest wildebeest and zebra migration occurs, and depending on the season, you may witness thousands of animals in search of food and water.

Olduvai Gorge Museum - Embrace the refreshing Tanzanian breeze and the luxury of the wild on your safari. Start your day with an early morning safari before breakfast to observe the animals when they are most active and enjoy a spectacular sunrise. The sunrise over the African savannah is truly one of the most beautiful experiences. On the return journey, you’ll visit the “Olduvai Gorge Museum,” known as the cradle of mankind, to view the remains of early human species. Finally, you’ll return to Arusha town for the last time, where you’ll enjoy a late lunch or dinner at a hotel before your transfer to the airport.
