Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be collected from the airport or hotel and transported to Tarangire National Park for a day of game driving, with picnic lunch boxes provided along the way. In the evening, the journey continues to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and an overnight stay. The park is situated slightly off the main safari route and is a charming, tranquil park in Northern Tanzania, renowned for its elephant migration, birdwatching, and serene, authentic safari atmosphere. Many travelers to the area either overlook Tarangire entirely or only spend a few hours there, leaving parts of the park largely untouched.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, the guide will pick up guests and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive with a picnic lunch. After the game drive, guests will be driven to their hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. Lake Manyara National Park spans an area of just 330 sq km (127 sq miles), with up to 200 sq km (77 sq miles) consisting of the lake when water levels are high. It is an excellent location for birdwatching and is home to elephants, hippos, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, buffaloes, and even the legendary tree-climbing lion! During the game drive, guests should take the opportunity to stretch their legs at the hippo pool and observe the hippos.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast, guests will meet their guide for a trip to Ngorongoro Crater. The journey begins with a game drive en route, and a picnic lunch will be enjoyed upon arrival at the crater around noon. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest unfilled volcanic caldera, with a floor covering approximately 260 sq km and a depth of over 2,000 feet. Guests will spend about 5 hours exploring the crater floor, where they are likely to see elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions. In the evening, the drive back up to the crater rim begins, followed by a 4-hour drive to Arusha. Guests will be dropped off at their preferred location in Arusha, concluding their safari with wonderful memories to cherish.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, guests will continue with a full-day game drive within the park, carrying lunch boxes. With the guidance of a knowledgeable guide, they will explore parts of the Serengeti where a variety of animals can be spotted. In the afternoon, a picnic lunch will be enjoyed at one of the park’s best picnic sites. After the game drive, guests will be transferred to the lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Serengeti National Park, located in northern Tanzania, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering an area of approximately 15,000 square kilometers. It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and around 500 bird species. The park is famous for its massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the North Serengeti also supports a rich variety of resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelope.

Serengeti National Park to Arusha

Arusha - In the early morning, guests will check out of their hotel and embark on a scenic drive back to Arusha, passing through captivating landscapes. A late afternoon arrival in Arusha is expected, where arrangements will be made for a seamless transition to the airport, ensuring guests have ample time to catch their flight home.
