• Blue Ridge Parkway - The tour features a drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, (when accessible), a cherished American landmark renowned for its breathtaking scenery and stunning mountain vistas. (Note: The Blue Ridge Parkway may be closed during winter months due to ice and snow)
• Pisgah Forest - Relax and enjoy the picturesque drive to the first waterfall in Pisgah National Forest, followed by a short journey to visit two additional falls in a beautiful state forest. Along the way, you’ll hear fascinating stories about the area’s rich history that has drawn people for generations.
• DuPont State Recreational Forest - Wear comfortable shoes or hiking boots for the approximately 3-mile hiking segment of the tour on trails rated easy to moderate. There are stops along the way allowing you to enjoy the falls, a snack, and a drink, all included. Bring a small day pack if you have one.

The tour concludes with transportation back to your hotel, giving you the rest of the afternoon to enjoy at your leisure.

Guests will be picked up from their hotel or lodging! A knowledgeable local guide will collect guests from accommodations within a 3-mile radius of the city center (One North Pack Square) or meet them at the Asheville Visitor Center if they are staying beyond that distance. The tour includes a journey through stunning mountain landscapes to visit three magnificent waterfalls and two protected forests, along with a picturesque drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway (weather permitting) to enjoy the breathtaking views surrounding this famous road that links two National Parks.

Comfortable seating is provided in a climate-controlled van, and drinks/snacks are included.

IMPORTANT: Guests should be prepared to walk approximately 3 miles during the hiking portion of this tour over a span of 2 hours, including stops at the waterfalls. It is important to feel comfortable walking this distance before booking. The tour is not suitable for children under 12.

The return to Asheville is expected by approximately 1:30 p.m.
