Wonderful experience - I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hamam Alba in Assilah. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional and made me feel completely welcome and at ease. The treatment itself was simply amazing. Being washed with traditional Beldi soap was incredibly soothing, and the exfoliation left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed. The experience was both authentic and deeply relaxing. Afterwards, the application of the fragrant Ghassoul clay was truly nourishing and left my skin feeling silky smooth. The highlight of my visit was the relaxing massage in such a calm and pleasant atmosphere — it was pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. A very special thank you to my therapist, Hasna — she truly has magical hands! Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. Overall, everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back!

She was incredibly caring, gentle, and professional – I was able to fully relax and let go. After the massage, I felt deeply relaxed, happy, and full of positive energy. Wonderfully relaxing massage - absolutely recommended! - We went as a couple to Bouchara and her colleague today. We really enjoyed the time in the hammam and also the massage. Both masseuses did an excellent job. Communication was no problem at all, online booking also worked great - although we have reserved at very short notice. We would love to come back - thank you very much!

I'd give this a pass - This was a very dissapointing experience for me in general. I have experienced Hammam before and was looking forward to it. The washing/scrubbing room was not very warm. The woman who was doing the service literally just splashed water on me and then left the room, for like 5 minutes I was just laying there,freezing, while my husband was getting fully scrubbed. This happened multiple times. Then the lady came back, limply scrubbed my back a bit for a minute and it was over. I was gobsmacked. The massage was a bit better, but still I felt like I was dealing with a person who did not want to be there at all. My husband had a much better experience with his person, which was good. Overall, I found th place to be a bit dirty, and just a tourist trap. I could honestly not recommend it. I feel bad, as I know that people are working to make a living, but we recieved excellent kindness and hospitality throughout our trip, and for me, this was just a no.
