Superb cruise EN felouque - We had a great stay DE 2 nights sailing the Nile with Waleed and Ahmed. EN spite DE less than ideal wind conditions that slowed our progress, we went DE Aswan to Kom Ombo. We visited a village and its souk, an immersion made particularly interesting thanks to Ahmed’s kind accompaniment. We also visited the temple DE Kom Ombo with a guide requested by JJ EN advance. It was a great pleasure DE take our time watching the Nile flow by, watching the flora and fauna around, swimming in the Nile and resting. Ahmed and Waleed have been constantly taking care of us and their boat. Ahmed’s meals are incredible in this environment: a party every time repeated; the best we have eaten DE our entire stay. On the way back, EN car, to Luxor, we discovered the temple of Edfu with a guide, all also organized by JJ. To note, we slept the day before DE departure in the guesthouse DE JJ: very welcome, very good conditions and very good value for money. Big thank you Ahmed, Waleed and JJ for all this. A window on the Nile - Great experience to discover the Nile gently, according to the winds. Another very authentic vision of Egypt with its agriculture, its landscapes at all hours and its secret beaches. Farek, the captain, was very nice and at our little care. And a big thank you to his assistant, who regaled us with his cuisine.

One of the Best Experiences of My Life - I spent two nights on a private felucca with JJJAMAICA Felucca, sailing from Aswan to just before Luxor — and I truly can’t recommend it enough. It was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. It was just me and my friend (two young women), and from the first moment, we felt incredibly safe and welcomed. Tarik and Suliman, our hosts, were not only kind and respectful but also made us feel completely at ease throughout the trip. Their warmth and generosity created a peaceful and joyful atmosphere on the boat. We swam in the Nile twice (a dream come true), relaxed under the sun, and enjoyed the most delicious food we had during our entire time in Egypt. They prepared amazing meals, fresh fruit salads during the day, and took care of every little detail with such care and attention. You could feel they genuinely wanted us to have the best time — and we did. They even arranged a car for us at the end of the journey to continue on to Luxor, making the whole experience smooth and easy. If you’re thinking of doing a felucca trip, do it with JJJAMAICA. You’ll leave with beautiful memories, full hearts, and a real connection to the Nile and the people who live along it. Thank you again, Tarik and Suliman, for everything — we’ll never forget you!

Excellent formula for an authentic experience - I had a great experience on my overnight trip to Feluque with JJ Jamaica. The service, the meals the cleanliness of the boat. Everything was spotless. Thanks to Abel Bouda who arranged this trip on the Nile, as well as my private car ride to Abu Simbel. Impeccable

An unforgettable experience - One of the best experiences we could do in Egypt. Chaki and Ahmed are outstanding captains. They have a multitude of places to offer to stop and enjoy the majestic banks of the Nile. They are really adorable. Ahmed cooks particularly well and Chaki is always there to give us a smile. If you like relaxation, calm and fullness, go for it! Unfortunately, we didn't have time for more than one night, but if time allowed, we would have gladly spent more time with them. An unforgettable experience!

A magical trip up the magnificent Nile - My husband and I had a wonderful three nights last week sailing from Aswan to near Edfu, looked after beautifully by a fantastic, highly skilled, three-man crew. Our captain was Mido, who was also a great cook and - as we discovered on the third night - a talented musician too! His colleagues Abdullah and Mahmoud were equally lovely company. We simply sat in the shade for hours, watching the river, listening to the birds, the waves and the wind, as the beautiful boat tacked its way backwards and forwards. Mindfulness in action! We stopped several times, both at quiet islands in the river and to see big sights such a Kom Umbu temple. The crew chose quiet moorings each night, where we slept happily on the cushioned deck in our mosquito net tents, occasionally waking to a golden crescent moon or the sun rising over the glistening water. Blankets and cushions were provided too, although I also appreciated the cotton sleeping bag I brought with me. This isn't luxury travel, but that isn't the point: the point is to get some understanding of the life of this extraordinary river and for once to stop, listen and learn a little more about a country very different from ours. It was a privilege we'll never forget.

Egypt highlight - We did a 2 night trip down the Nile on the Felucca and it was amazing! For our daughters aged 10 and 12 it was a highlight of our Egypt trip. Our guide/captain/cook, Tarik and Seniman were awesome. They were both absolutely lovely people who made the trip easy and relaxing. The Food was delicious, the boat was comfortable and overall the experience was even more amazing than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this trip. It was an authentic Egyptian experience that topped off an epic family trip to Egypt.
