Aswan Railway Station - An Egypt Best Tours licensed guide will warmly welcome and assist travelers at Aswan Airport, railway station, or hotel, facilitating a transfer by air-conditioned van to a luxurious 5-star Nile Cruise for check-in before lunch. Enjoy a delightful lunch on board. Note: If arriving in Aswan early, the tour will commence immediately as cruise check-in is at 12:00.

Aswan High Dam - Begin the tour with a visit to the High Dam, completed in 1960 to safeguard Egypt from flooding and to generate electricity.

Temple of Philae - Continue to the Graeco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis, accessed via a small motorboat. Return to the cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and an overnight stay.

Abu Simbel Temples & Navigation to Kom Ombo Temple

Abu Simbel Temple Complex - At approximately 4:30 am, the guide will collect guests for a trip to Abu Simbel (in a small group). Arrive around 8 am to explore the remarkable rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, designed uniquely for King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari. The Egyptology guide will provide historical insights from outside the temples (no guiding inside). Spend about 90 minutes visiting the temple and capturing memorable photos before returning to Aswan. Return to the cruise around 1:30 pm for lunch and begin sailing towards Kom Ombo city.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.

Edfu Temple & Arrival in Luxor (Visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus - After breakfast, enjoy a horse carriage ride with the tour guide to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, renowned as the most complete and best-preserved Egyptian temple. Return to the cruise and relax on deck, admiring the unique landscape and the beautiful scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock. Lunch on board, followed by afternoon tea on the sundeck.

Luxor Temple - Late in the afternoon, upon docking, transfer to explore Luxor Temple on Luxor’s East Bank, showcasing ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features. Enjoy dinner on board and a belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor. Note: If arriving at Luxor dock by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, there is an opportunity to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples.
