Amazing Single Room Experience - The Queen Isis I was on was an old little boat, but it was a very enjoyable and happy experience for me. The food was always delicious. The Aswan guide and the Luxor guide Nervien made the beginning and end well. Above all, there was a single room and the single room location was so impressive. Very small but a room with a balcony in front was a happy time.

Very nice cruise with a few notes - At the time of our booking this offer had only 5 reviews, so we were initially very skeptical. However, we had already booked the same cruise with two other providers. However, some of these were cancelled a few days before our trip, on the grounds that the departure was postponed and we could leave either a day earlier or later than planned. But since we had already booked our flights, hotels etc., that was not an option for us. However, this provider then assured us that they will start on our desired travel date and this was also the case. However, it is certainly advisable to contact the provider on whichever tour beforehand to clarify exactly that (the usual departure days are apparently more Monday, Wednesday and Friday). All in all, this is a very nice and interesting cruise. The ship and crew exceeded all our expectations. We booked this cruise mainly to see as many sights as possible and learn a lot about the history of the country. The ship was therefore actually more of a means to an end for us and we did not have many expectations of the room, cleanliness etc. But you really have to say that everything was very satisfactory for us and we really had a nice time. Rooms are pleasantly large and are cleaned daily. The crew is always friendly and helpful. The food definitely exceeded our expectations for a cruise and there was a lot of variation (we were initially hesitant about the salad bar, but after a day and watching other guests we dared and really had no problems, even with an otherwise very sensitive stomach). There were also plenty of options for vegetarians and especially the Oriental dinner was an absolute highlight for us. Regarding drinks, we have read on other cruises that they are very expensive, but this was not the case with us. For example, a Coke can costs about €1.50. Only alcohol is more oriented towards European prices with about 4€ per beer. For the sightseeing tours we had always contact with our tour organizer enjy. With her we had permanent contact via WhatsApp and she organized for us the respective tours with transfer and everything that goes with it. She was constantly trying to make us have a nice time and was always open to questions. For the tours themselves we always had local guides at the respective locations. They were always well informed and could also answer all our questions. We liked some tours better than others, but this is very subjective. For example, some guides spoke better English than others. Besides, some have also helped us, which are the usual amounts of tips. You will give these very often in Egypt, because the tour guides, riders etc. depend on them. Therefore, it is good to know not to give too much, otherwise the holiday will quickly become more expensive than thought. Overall you look at a lot, which is interesting, but often you only have 1-2 hours per temple complex. For the most important information and a few pictures, this is certainly enough, but who likes to take a lot of time to look at things is probably wrong with whichever Nile cruise. We still have a small remark! Unfortunately, the schedule given here on Viator does not quite match the reality. For example, when booking we stated that we would like to be picked up at 10am to have breakfast in peace. However, we were then advised to start at 8 am one day before departure, otherwise you do not have enough time for all the sights. Although there would have been the possibility to start at 10 am, but here might be a note at the time of booking that you have less time for the sights at a later departure time, as we assumed based on the description here that we will visit them only after lunch on board. Also, the description said that we will visit the Luxor Temple on day 3. However, we only learned from our organizer on request that we would not be able to do so until 4 April. Visit day. Departure times in the morning also differed from the online description. Here, perhaps, an actual schedule at the beginning of the trip would have been beneficial.

I was very happy. - Talaat Abdo The guide explained to us with a great deal of knowledge. It's tough because you act early in the morning, but it's especially recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength.

Very nice Nile cruise - highly recommended! - We booked the 4-day 3-night tour in a deluxe cruise ship with Travel Egypt and did not regret it. Communication with the team via WhatsApp went smoothly - all questions were always answered. The owner of the company also visited us on the first day at our hotel in Cairo to take the outstanding payment and answer open questions. We were also able to book other activities or transfers through Travel Egypt, which made the trip quite pleasant. From the beginning, individual wishes were taken into consideration. We were able to choose the cruise class and also customize the start of the tour (due to our later arrival). The cruise itself exceeded our expectations. The cruise ship was a bit old (but not old, but not "just" 5 years old), but still comfortable and clean. We had very spacious rooms that were cleaned daily and had a large window. The staff were friendly, helpful and non-intrusive. The food was served buffet style and was extremely delicious, always with a mix of local and international food. There was always enough for allergy sufferers. The excursions organized by Travel Egypt Tours were good. We were always informed via WhatsApp when we would be picked up and could even book German-speaking guides (however, in one case the guide's German could have been a little better, but we still got along well and switched briefly into English if necessary). It’s just a pity that all cruise ships really go ashore and depart at the same time, which is why the temples are usually very crowded for a short time. Nevertheless informative and a great experience. The balloon ride was also a great experience. Here, however, the "second descent" was included, after sunrise and not at sunrise. Nevertheless, a beautiful experience! Also the time on the ship (you have about half the day to spend the time on the sundeck, also a pool was available) was beautiful, especially the passing landscape. In addition, there was always a coffee and cake afternoon or cocktails as a special extra. As a tip: you have 4G reception (Etisalat) throughout the cruise, so with a local SIM card no Wi-Fi pass is required on the ship. The last night we spent on the 4-day cruise in the port of Luxor, as the pure sailing from Aswan to Luxor took only 3 days (and not 4). But we didn't find that bad, on the ship the same good service was still offered. We would do the cruise again anytime!

very professional and nice team - This was my first time in Egypt. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but of course, at the very least, I wanted a well organised trip. Now I can say that the level of professionalism from this team is very high. Not only well organised, but super nice. It’s been a real pleasure to be in the hands of this team.

Nervien is a star!! - Nervien did a fantastic job taking care of us. We got a very detailed explanation of everything we saw, which made the experience a lot more fun. We will go with her again tomorrow somewhere else. She’s the best!!! 😊😊
