It's worth it - It is a very long trip and the time there is little, it was different than the announced, but it was enough pq in this period there are not so many tourists, are was easier.
The car was comfortable and everything went well

Great tour to an unmissable site - Ahmed Sony was a very knowledgeable guide with a great personality. He communicated a lot of information very effectively, checking often that I had understood and remembered. This was very useful as I was exploring inside the temples on my own.
The tour was as advertised: early pick up, beats the heat and the crowds, comfortable vehicle, all ran smoothly.

A great experience 🗿 - We had a great excursion. The price / quality ratio is excellent: we were picked up near our hotel, we arrived in Abu Simbel among the first thanks to a great driver, the vehicle was air conditioned ... 🚐 We took full eyes, we are delighted with this experience 🤩

Impressive - It’s a rewarding experience, it’s an excursion you can’t miss if you visit Egypt. The guide Mahmut has been very friendly and explains things very well and enjoyably. We would repeat without a doubt.

The most popular means of transportation from Aswan to Abu Simbel Temple - Departing from the outskirts of Aswan at 4:30 we arrive at Abu Simbel Temple in about 4 hours with two stops in SA on our way. After two hours of sightseeing, the return trip took about four hours to reach the center of Aswan at 14:30. I left my phone in the car when I got off and was in a hurry, but the driver came back to the drop-off area and delivered it to me, which was really helpful.

Enjoyable experience - Ahmed Sony was our tour guide, he was very punctual with pick up which allowed us to beat the big crowds upon arrival.
The drive was long however had aircon which made it comfortable, however if you have long legs like my partner (6’2”) you might struggle with leg room.
Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly making jokes, making the tour so much more enjoyable.

Great place to visit in a great country (but with caveats!). - Abu Simbel is a great place to visit! We hired a group transportation. The mini bus showed up (almost) on time. It was decently comfortable and we had an overall decent experience. However, when visiting Egypt, make sure to ask for the price of everything you buy (even for a bag of chips, water bottle or a coffee), and then always negotiate the price because EVERYONE there overcharges you (by several times) the moment they realize you are a tourist. During this trip, the bus made a midway stop for a short break at a snacks shop. Several of our fellow passengers bought small cups of coffee, and I decided to get one for myself, foolishly without asking for the price. When I asked for the price, to my utter shock, the guy asked me for EGP 100! Something that would have costed me EGP 20 if only I had asked. But since I had already taken the coffee without asking for the price, he wouldn't accept anything less than EGP 100! At other places, shopkeepers see that you are a tourist and sell water bottles for EGP 20 or EGP 25 when the actual cost is EGP 10 if you speak their language (Arabic) and look like them. In a beautiful country that is full of rich heritage and is visited by millions of tourists every year, such widespread practices leave a bad taste to an otherwise excellent experience. EGP 10 to use public toilets, EGP 50-100 for putting your bags through the security scanners at the airport (in full view and in cahoots with the rest of the airport staff). Restaurants overcharging by a-lot over and above the listed price on their menu! Taxi drivers agreeing to a certain price at the beginning of the ride and then asking for much more at the end of the ride. Same driver, same pick-up and drop, same time of the day, but EGP 100 difference in the ride. We are pretty lenient with tips and helping struggling folks with whatever little we can, but we don't take lightly of being the targets of scams every step of the way. So, lessons for future travelers, ALWAYS ask for the price (even in restaurants while ordering food from the menu!), ALWAYS assume that the price quoted is WAY higher than what it would normally cost, and negotiate hard, and at the end of the day, still be prepared to get into situations where you just have pay higher to get out of it! Then enjoy one of the greatest places on earth!

Never take advantage of the worst tours - There are a lot of travel agencies operating Abu Simbel tours and they do not offer anything but return transportation and in fact they are all the same.
I wish those who are going through a really awkward thing on this ordinary tour would not have been through this.
The pick-up started in a row close to downtown and the drop was opposite and I was the last drop order. And then everyone else came down and I was alone, and I stopped where I didn't know where, and the driver called and left. I'd have to wait for a while, but after 10 minutes and 20 minutes I didn't come, and I started to get scared. I called the travel agency, and they said they'd come soon, and they came back after 30 minutes. It was day, but I'm glad it was night.
I protested with WattsApp, saying that the driver couldn't explain the matter because he couldn't speak English, and that this might be the part that explains the matter and makes sense. So it was my fault that I had to book an English guide. It's my fault that a driver who doesn't speak English has been assigned so they can't explain.
Many other travel agencies. In case of urgency, choose another travel agency tour and especially women who travel alone are advised not to take this tour. I don't think this happens only to me.
