Great experience - It was very good experience. The tour guide was great. The tour office is very good. Just have in mind that the road is not so good and there is posibillity seven hours to become 8 to 9.

See the real Egypt. - If you want to see how people live in Egypt away from the cities take this trip. It is tiring but worth it. You share the road ( if you call it that) with double trucks, buses, mini vans, cars, tricycle buses, cars, motorbikes, people, horse and cart, donkeys and even hundreds of goats blocking the road. You see the people in their day to day lives and kids jumping off the bridges into the canals for fun and to cool off. Then of cause the temples , especially Edfu, along the way.

Highly recommended - Punctual pickup. Easy handling and very pleasant trip. We could stop when we wanted to take a short break.

The temples were amazing... - The temples were amazing (Edfu was so big in person!) and driving through all of the farming towns and along the Nile was truly great. My driver was lovely and supplied me with water, snacks and even took pictures of me with the sunset and Nile in the background

Fast, convenient and comfortable - We covered the journey in one day by car, which would normally take two days on a Nile cruise. We also got to visit the beautiful temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu, which the train would pass by. Mr. Armed was quiet but well-experienced driver. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

For adventure seekers! - I would take this mode of transportation 10/10 times over a cruise or tour bus. Cruising doesn't allow you to go into the rural villages and through the intimate nature of Southern Egypt! It robs you of all of the fun parts of road trips, which is getting a peek into the lives of people who live in this cool country. You also get to go at your own pace, which is a huge advantage over mass tourist travel. The tour buses handle the rough roads muchhh worse than a car. They sit super high so you're bouncing all over and they can't maneuver through the crazy Egyptian roads and traffic. I am so grateful I never took a bus long distance in this country! We had a laugh at Edfu Temple when the bus passengers were having meltdowns about how rough the ride was. I don't know what kind of research they did before traveling, but clearly it wasn't enough. Do not skip the two optional stops to Kom Ombo and Edfu temples. They come up a lot in historcal reference to other big places in Luxor and Abu Simbel, so you'll regret missing a chance to see them. Additionally, these are way less frequented and we had Kom Ombo almost entirely to ourselves. Overall, it's a must do!

Very good option to travel from Aswan to Luxor - Everything was fine, private car, driver, time and visit. Edfu temple is really nice, in my opinion more than Kom Ombo one (we saw many in Egypt). Thank you

tip problem but not bad - he came by the scheduled time and the car was very good , but the driver asked us to pay tip if he needs to wait at each temple for more than 30 minutes though this transfer price is originally expensive, but the entrance was far so it's impossible to see it within 30 minutes...he didn't force us to do that much, but it was uncomfortable experience.

I had a very poor... - I had a very poor experience with this service. My driver was 20 minutes late to start with, the driver stopped a dozen times or more to have a break. The most concerning part was that the driver was falling asleep and stopping in the middle of the road for the ENTIRE trip and in turn this entire drive took about 8.5 hours and only stopping at one temple on the way as I really just wanted the trip to be over. It was very uncomfortable as he was continuously accelerating and braking harshly while dozing off. A few bumps into other vehicles and overall was a horrible experience. Agency had to call the driver many times which seemed to be the only time he would actually drive fine but only lasted for 5-10 minutes then back to falling asleep again. Would not recommend to anyone

Worst Driver Ever - He picked up a random person / sped / smoked / was yelling on phone / wouldn’t turn down volume! - DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS COMPANY. The company itself was fine and did a great job with communication the day of, and while they did wisely advise us to skip edfu because of our late departure (we saw philae with another company in the morning), I would have greatly appreciated them sharing that a few days before. Regardless, I appreciated their thorough communication and a rep from the company taking the time to call us. The two star review is because the driver is the worst driver I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world, and I’ve hired transport in egypt and other developing countries often. Here are just some of the things that went wrong: - Driver picked up a random passenger en route without telling us, the ride was supposed to be private. This greatly compromised our security. He lied and said the person was a cop, but it was not one - Driver was driving at 165 km/h in. 90km/h zone - Driver was yelling on the phone while driving, not using a headset for about an hour. Swearing in Arabic - Driver stopped multiple times to smoke without an explanation, just pulled over - Driver pulled over, nearly exposed himself (definitely due to others on the road) and just peed behind the car - Driver threw food on the passenger seat, on the divider, etc - Driver refused to lower the volume on the music when we were trying to use AirPods to listen to our own (he turned it off for a bit and then turned it back on) These are just a short list of grievances. There are other good companies out there that hire decent drivers. Sadly, not this one.
