Dimitris Spanos Provides Top Service - We booked travel from Athens International AirPort to our hotel and again from our hotel to the Port of Piraeus. Dimitris Spanos gave us smooth, professional service both trips. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. His car was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely ride with Dimitris again if we visit Athens.

Fantastic!!! - We had 4 taxi rides booked at happy pickups and Dimitris was really great! He was always on time, car was always clean, friendly, helpful,.. He does everything to give you a very pleasant ride; you can even put on your favorite songs on a long drive and he will always give good advice about the city if you ask for it. Everything went perfectly and he was always accessible via Whats App. I recommend it to everyone and I was happy that everything was finely arranged so that we had no stress whatsoever to get everywhere on time. We were fortunate enough... - We were fortunate enough to have the same driver who dropped us at the port pick us up. He texted the day before and offered to arrive earlier so we didn’t have to wait too long. A man of his word! He was early, friendly, accommodating and a great driver.

Driver reached out a day... - Driver reached out a day before to confirm pick-up and drop off times and locations. We asked for an earlier pickup which he accommodated. He was on time and safe driver.

Top pick-up service - it doesn't get any better! - We booked the transfer to our hotel in advance. Even before our departure our driver Dimitris contacted us via WhatsApp, which I thought was great. As soon as we landed in Athens, a welcome arrived in Athens via WhatsApp - what a reception. When we had our suitcases, Dimitris was waiting for us in the exit he mentioned. He is a very well positioned cheerful person, the taxi ride was super pleasant and you feel super cared for in his Tesla. We also organized our return trip with him again - he was at the hotel at the specified time, we were always in contact via WhatsApp. We can only recommend Dimitris - if there were points to distribute he would have 100!!!!

5 star transfer - On time and ecologically with a Tesla and a very polite driver - Gladly again - Dimitris picked us up on time with his comfortable and very clean Tesla. Communication with him beforehand and conversation while driving were first class. We can highly recommend Dimitris and would drive with him again when we are back in Athens. Unhappy and out $100 - The operator at Viator made an incorrect transfer reservation. I was going *from Brilliance of The Sea Port to the airport. The operator put it for a transfer *to a Hotel. I was never going to a hotel. I needed to get from Port to the airport after a cruise. There was no phone number on my email. I couldn't reply to the email itself because I didn't have wifi. When another cruise passenger found a phone number on her Viator app I called to get the transfer location fixed. I explained the situation to that operator & that I didn't have wifi/email access. I explained that I the transfer was incorrect. She said she would put in for a refund for the one I made the wrong... I reminded her that I didn't make any error- I was never going to a Hotel. I needed the same ride info as my friend (I provided her name) she looked it up like the first operator did & said she could put in for refund & make a new transfer for me the same as my friend (Port to airport). She found a new one. I said I'd like that one, gave my card info. She asked what email address to send to. I reminded her that I didn't have email/wifi while on vacation. She said she couldn't book the transfer but put in for refund for the one I did wrong... I reminded her that I never gave a Hotel as a location for transfer. *When I got to the airport I had wifi etc & received an email from Viator that they apologize but I'm not getting a refund. I'm very unhappy with my Viator experience and won't be recommended using their services to anyone that travels.
