Excellent driver! - Our flight was delayed by 20 min. We arrived in Athens only to find out that our 1 suitcase did not make the flight! We were in communication with our driver (Angelos) and he patiently waited as we tried to find our bag and then file a lost luggage report. He was very kind and told us all about the sights to see in Athens as he drove us to our hotel.

Half day tour - This was a great way to see the main sites of Athens ! Our host and driver Dimitri was amazing and very knowledgeable The lunch at Theodore’s was lovely and they were so welcoming! Would highly recommend

Didn’t show up. Terrible. - Terrible. Didn’t show up for an airport transfer. Left myself, 2 babies, and my elderly father at the Athens Airport after 24 hours of travel. When I attempted to get help, I was told nothing could be done and my reservation was cancelled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL NEVER GIVE A REFUND IN DISPUTE - I used this company to transfer from Athens Airport to my hotel. As the plane was slightly delayed, the driver should have started the 60mins free time from when the plane landed. However, he left early and I had to urgently arrange alternative transport. Despite accurate evidence of landing times, phone calls and messages being provided to MyTransfers they would not provide a refund. Any information provided by the customer is countered with irrelevant and unreliable information......chosen by MyTransfers at their own will. Note that a Google review cannot be added........as they have no doubt switched this off !!! Please use any other company.

the taxi didn't come and no refund - we waited in vain for the taxi .impossible to reach by such. No one contacted us, we waited 1 hour and took another taxi. No refund, the company denies. Now we have all the records of such absentees, and no call from them.

Unacceptable company - Unacceptable company. He was late to pick us up for 20 minutes and then while we were going to Glyfada he went to Pallini to put gasoline at a specific station because there was no fuel at all resulting in an additional 30 minutes delay. Tragic Instead of 30 minutes you want to go home to do 1.5 hours in total

FRAUD COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! - Scam! Liars. They say they waited and that you did not arrive. If your flight is delayed they will not adjust the pick up time so you will be left with no one to pick you up. Maybe if your flight arrives perfectly on time someone might be there

WORST EVER! They should be banned from operating. - DO NOT USE THEM. I gave them all my contact and flight details. Theoretically, they monitor my arrival and they plan accordingly. However, no-one was there to pick us up and not even an email or call that there was no service provided. Filed a complaint through their email system and they just disregarded everything. They told me that it was a no show. I still cannot understand how I can make a plane go faster!!

A disaster! - The driver didn’t wait for me to get through passport control and baggage claim. Although the flight was on time and I paid in advance, Viator refused a refund. Somehow they made it my fault even though I was at the appointed meeting place as quickly as was physically possible.
