Our Tour of Delphi and Meteora - Nicholas, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable, humorous, and attentive to the needs of our group on our tour to Delphi and Meteora. The driver was skilled driving the Greek roads and was helpful with our luggage and getting on and off our van.

Exceptionnal experience! - Extraordinary experience! You cannot visit Greece without seeing Meteora. I cannot describe with words the beauty of this place, it needs to be visited. The tour was done by Keetours ans very well organized. The bus was a Mercedes that could accomodate about 20 passengers, we were only 6. Our guide Irini was an exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and warm hearted guide. Our bus driver, Spiro, made us feel very secure, a very good driver. We chose the 4* Divani Meteora Hotel. Very nice room and clean but no coffee machine in the room. We had the dinner included. I must say that we found the dinner underwhelming, and our biggest disappointment was that coffee wasn't include- we had to pay extra if we wanted any. Since there was no coffee machine in the room, we had to go out to find a coffee shop. All in all, we were very pleased and I would absolutely recommend this excursion without hesitation!

Wonderful Delphi and Meteora 2-day - The trip was wonderful. The tour had only 13 people, which made for lots of space to spread out and relax on the comfortable, air-conditioned bus. Our driver was amazing and smooth. Our guide, Christina, was wonderful, helpful, patient but firm, and very knowledgeable. She taught us so much! The trip was simply fabulous

Overall, a tour to remember! - This was an amazing trip! A lot of driving, but plenty of stops were given. Amazing driver, and tour guide. Only thing was that we wished we had more time in Delphi, but we understand that it was a time crunch. If you want more time there, we suggest booking a two night tour.

Delphi and Meteora were fantastic! - We enjoyed the hike and tour at Delphi. So much more history than just the oracle. The hotel had good food and an outdoor pool. Bus up to the monasteries in Meteora, with an interesting surprise stop. Monasteries were full Byzantine art and architecture, and truly breathtaking views. Ladies, must wear skirts in the monasteries, but there were available for loan.

Overall a good tour,... - Overall a good tour, comfortable bus and a helpful guide. Visited some amazing places but I wish we had more stops to take pictures along the way. For example we stopped in a beautiful town of Arachova at a local tourist trap gift shop but were not told that just 200 meters away there is an amazing lookout at the town clock tower and we just drove past it after the shop. Also, I wouldn't bother with a 4 star hotel, the beds were really old and uncomfortable and the view of the mountains was blocked by the adjacent building.

Never Again - very profitable money makers - When we arrived in Athens, we went to the ticket office to double check we were able to be picked up from there for the tour. A lady worker said yes, come here by 8 am. Nothing further was said. Next morning we arrived there by 8 am and a female worker rudely said to go around the corner to the bus - tried to say we were told to come there - even more rudely and with attitude, she said “yes! go around the corner!” On that point alone we would never go on another tour with this business. So around the corner we went and had to ask each bus which one we go on. The tour guide Dimitri was friendly and very informative along the way to Delphi. We got the encyclopedia of info for about an hour - dates, places, history. Way too much information! Felt like being back at school without the lunch break. Got to Delphi and were told to swap bus to one where others were carrying on to Kalabaka. We knew then that this was a big business racket, making sure they mixed groups for maximum profit. The lady guide on the next part also talked way too much facts etc. She had no personality, just factual and ho hum. The free dinner and breakfast were so so, the hotel could have been better to match the trip price - internet pathetic as well. What with all the places we visited along the way, the pre planned places to eat and show wares (with pushy salespeople), we both would never go on another “tour”. It’s a profitable business, not a tour. Lastly, watching the bus driver in the rear view mirror grooming his beard while driving and then talking on his cell phone for some time, again while driving - all this seems unsafe practice with passengers being the main responsibility. They were more concerned with no eating on the bus to avoid messing up the upholstery than whether we made it to our destination or not. This will be our last “tour” with Key Tours. You should rename yourselves Key Sales.
