Buy the best skip the line tickets via Trip Advisor - Only through Trip Advisor could I find skip the line flex tickets available. Flex tickets allow you to choose what time you enter the museum the moment when you arrive at the museum. All other skip the line tickets I could find available required the time to be set in stone when the tickets are purchased. There is another Trip Advisor review that urges people not to buy the tickets through TripAdvisor under the theory that the actual tickets were not available for admission. In my experience, this may be because person didn’t know how to access the tickets? After purchasing my tickets, an email later arrived that allowed me to download the actual tickets to my phone. The actual tickets were also available an hour or more after the purchase on the TripAdvisor website. You will know you have the actual tickets when you see a QR code. If you have purchased multiple tickets, you need to simply swipe through the QR code document, and they are all there. It is a beautiful museum and not to be missed. However, it is very warm inside so dress accordingly. Backpacks cannot be worn on your back because of the risk of them hitting a statue. You’re allowed to bring backpacks into the museum, but you must carry them on the front of you. Had a great time at the museum and hope you do too.

Purchase your tickets elsewhere - Fabulous museum, absolutely a must-see! However, I would advise purchasing your tickets either at the counter or from another source away from TripAdvisor. Getting to my actual ticket was cumbersome. Open the email, click on the link, no, that's not your ticket, we need you to go back to all your emails. So I'm delayed for several minutes while a nice museum employee helps me. Finally I had to click on "contact tour operator" to find the actual ticket that was used to enter.

Worthy of its great subject! - A well-curated museum capturing the history and art of the Acropolis. Some amazing artifacts and reconstructions go far towards illuminating the history and culture of Ancient Greece.

Cheaper Than - This is a more cost effective way of purchasing tickets for the Acropolis museum. Tickets are normally 40 euros. Paid USD33. Plus the lines were long to get tickets. It’s a win-win. Plus if you are traveling with kids, it allows you to skip the line and buy discounted tickets for your kids at 10 euros each.
