We had an incredible... - We had an incredible experience on our Athens walking tour with an archaeologist—our guide, Peter, was truly outstanding. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Having someone with such deep knowledge and passion for history made everything come to life in a way that no guidebook ever could.
Peter explained the historical context, myths, and significance of each site with clarity and enthusiasm, making it engaging for both adults and kids in our group. We especially appreciated how he connected ancient history to what we were seeing in front of us, helping us better understand the importance of each landmark.
The pace of the tour was perfect, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and take in the surroundings without feeling rushed. Peter was also very friendly, patient, and attentive to our group’s needs.
If you’re visiting Athens, we highly recommend booking a walking tour with an archaeologist—having a guide like Peter adds so much depth and meaning to the experience and makes the history unforgettable!

Recommended and sympathetic! - Our guided tour of the Acropolis in Athens was a real highlight of our trip – and thanks mainly to our wonderful guide Chrysa. With her sympathetic nature, she immediately managed to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Her vivid and entertaining narratives were particularly impressive. It conveyed the history of the Acropolis in a way that was not only informative but also really exciting. You never felt like you were following a dry lead – on the contrary: Every story made you curious and stuck in your memory.
You immediately notice that she is passionate about the cause and likes to share her knowledge. At the same time, she responded to questions and took time for the group without ever getting long-winded.
An all-round successful tour that we can only recommend to everyone. Thank you for this great experience!

Enthusiastically through the history of the Greeks - We booked the guided tour at 10.30am for the Acropolis plus museum. The meeting point was easy to find and the check-in super organized by. You are quickly at the Acropolis and then it starts. Aexia [thewinemaker] has convinced directly by her friendly and nice nature. With easy-to-understand English, she toured Acropolis and the museum. Her enthusiasm and euphoria were so authentic that you really felt like following and listening to her. The program took a little longer (30min?), certainly it is also a little bit related to the group. All in all, it was very worth it. Greetings NT&friends.
