Experience a new side of Athens with the best guide! - Nikos was the absolute best. Traveling to Greece with my sister and my nieces (18 and 9) and chose this bicycle tour, hoping to see Athens from a different perspective and to go for a swim. Give our limited schedule, we chose the night tour and also ended up running a little late to the tour because our bus didn't arrive. Nikos is a *dream tour guide*. Personable, professional, competent, kind, enthusiastic, and extra thoughtful touches. My 9yo niece has bicycled before but didn't have a lot of confidence and was very nervous! Nikos put her right at ease and had her try 3 different bicycles for size and comfort before we departed. Much appreciated! Bicycles, bike helmets, and flashing bike lights for all. We set off at dusk, Nikos leading the way, and the youngest right behind him. Much of the tour is on the only bike path in Athens which made for super smooth sailing. Any traffic we encountered, Nikos guided us through and would actually put himself between us and the cars. Heroic. We felt very safe! Amazing to see the city from this perspective, all lit up. Passing grocery stores, soccer fields, ballet studios, with a brief stop and explanation in front of the most gorgeous building, all lit up at night, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. We arrived at the beach (halfway point, about 4.5 miles), and unfortunately it was too cold to swim but we put our toes in the water and instead of swimming; Nikos was so kind as to suggest we make a gelato stop instead before we return. Amazing. Nikos made us feel like friends that he was sharing his passion with. 10/10 highly recommend. One of the highlights of our trip to Greece.

Beautiful sunset ride - I went for the sunset ride, leaving from the meeting point at 5pm, back by 8:30...It was a beautiful ride and fun to experience the bike lanes connecting various public spaces. The bike ride wasn't too intense but was long enough to feel like a workout, around 45 minutes to and from the beach each way. Magda was a great guide and organizer and took care of setting up the bikes according to height. The beach was beautiful and felt more of a local than touristic. The bar is quite nice as well. Highly recommend it!

This was great fun! - We loved this! We rode through parks and marinas and along the sea coast to the beach. There was plenty of time to swim and grab a drink at the water front cafe. My husband and I are in our 60’s and it was very hot, but the ride is easy. Our guide, Magda, was wonderful and went at a comfortable pace with stops for water breaks. We would definitely recommend!

Fun must do tour!! - Great way to see other Athens neighborhoods, and ride along the coastline. Magda was an excellent guide! The bikes were very comfortable. Even though it was hot the day of our tour, there is lots of shade on the bike path. The beach is lovely, with small pebbles instead of sand which was very nice, the water is refreshing. What a great way to spend 4 hours exploring!! Highly recommend this tour!

Awesome Activity - Absolutely Unforgettable Experience – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing time on the bike and swim tour in Athens! The ride was both scenic and energizing, offering a unique perspective of the city that you just can’t get from a car or bus. The swim spot was a beautiful, hidden gem where we could cool off and relax — truly the perfect reward after the ride. Special shout-out to Magda, who was absolutely awesome! 💙 Not only was she a fantastic guide — knowledgeable, friendly, and full of positive energy — but she was also kind enough to wait for us when we got lost finding the meeting point. Her patience and warm attitude instantly put us at ease, and she made sure we had a great time from start to finish. If you're in Athens and want a fun, active way to explore while connecting with the local vibe, this tour is a must-do!

Magda was a wonderful... - Magda was a wonderful guide. The bike ride to the beach was fun and safe. The ride to the beach was about 6 miles. After our ride we stayed at the beach for 90 minutes, then rode back to our original meeting spot. Bring towels and water. This was a great way to spend a morning/afternoon in Athens.

A break from the city - Ride leader Magde is friendly, helpful and clearly an experienced bike ride leader. The trip is mainly on a protected cycle lane and not too taxiing. I was the only customer on this particular ride (but it is end of season). The beach is fine with changing cubicles and showers. A nice way of seeing a bit more of Athens.
