A delightful taste of Greece - A wonderful fun experience to learn not only cooking but also the welcome to local culture. The instructions were clear with great equipment and fresh ingredients. We all joined in the preparation and greatly enjoyed our alfresco dinner with crisp white wine and the bounty we had made. A wonderful team of cooks ensured a delightful experience.

Must-do tour while in Athens - What an unforgettable experience, the smells & tastes of the market were mesmerising, the guide was very kind and the cooking class was huge fun. We were so happy to finally be able to learn some recipes of the delicious (and arguably best) Greek cuisine.
Definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Athens, it’s a special experience which helps you delve into the local culture much more than the usual sightseeing tour. Don’t miss out!

A very tasty evening - Our class was on making spanokopeta, meatballs, stuffed peppers, and dolmades. Most of the prep was done before we arrived. So we stuffed the peppers with a pre made mixture. We rolled the vine leaves with a pre made mixture. You get the idea.
It was fun and the food tasted great. A fun way to spend a few hours.

Yummy and Fun! - I would typically be hesitant to try so many new foods, but this meal was absolutely outstanding, professional and fun in all respects. The spanikopita was perfect, and the meatballs and peppers were so wonderful to try (I definitely ate more than I made) The bonus dessert was delectable! Highly recommended!

First Night in Athens - Very friendly staff. Easy meals to prepare. Delicious meal. So worth your time. Reasonably priced. Great experience to appreciate authentic Greek food. Definitely recommend.

Best Dolmathes Ev-ah! - Thank-you Mara and team for your gracious hospitality! This is a fun relaxing experience creating step by step Greek delicacies, sipping wine and then sitting in a beautiful garden to eat it all. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful Experience! So Tasty!! - Went with a group tour (my partner and eleven total strangers from around the world) and had a total blast.
Unlimited wine (and water).
They took my Celiac Disease seriously and did not cross contaminate, and they also provided substitutes that I could eat. They provided for all the people with food restrictions.
We had an incredible time as a group and I learned a lot of recipes.
I also had previously not at all enjoyed dolma, and the ones we made were so good that I hogged most of them, and I took some home.
We cooked indoors with aprons and we each had a cutting board and knife.
Then we are outside in the breezy garden.
If you are deciding between this and something else, do this. It’s fantastic, and wonderful to learn more about Greek food, even if you’ve previously eaten a lot of it. I learned many little tricks and tips about the foods.
I think maybe I will do something like this in each new country where I travel. Such a great way to be introduced to another culture. 10/10
And they laughed at my jokes.
