- Acropolis - Our private tour starts with the visit of the naturally fortified hill of the Acropolis, the cornerstone of Athens existence. You will travel back in ancient times walking among the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the unique Parthenon & the Erechteion. From the top, you will have a panoramic view of the ancient theater of Dionisos & of the Herodion (Odeion of Herodes Atticus).

Amazing Acropolis - Once in a lifetime experience walked up to the top of Acropolis! However it’s a challenge to aged individuals.

Great drive around Athens! - JG Athens Tour company emailed us prior to our trip giving us instructions for our Acropolis tickets as well as providing directions about how to connect with our driver at the cruise port. Our driver was very punctual and my husband and I had a wonderful tour. Our driver was also sure to stop at various locations to snap a picture of us where there were beautiful views. It was a great way to see the sights.

Well Managed and Easily Arranged Tour - Excellent experience with George as our guide & driver! He provided insights and knowledge of all aspects of life and history for Athens and Greece. Viator via JG Athens Tours provided opportunities for input and questions, but especially quick responses to questions on ticketing for Acropolis as well as arranging for our guided tour of the Acropolis… which was very worth while. Finally, George asked periodically if we had questions or anything we’d like to see or needed additional explanation.

Athens trip which is highly recommended! - This is well worth doing - what a brilliant tour! We enjoyed learning about the key sites, culture and historical information. George gave us a in depth overview of what to see and where to go without which we would have not had the confidence to explore ourselves during the rest of our stay. John was very reactive to our questions prior to the trip - would highly recommend.

Fantastic half day tour with Petros! - Petros was PHENOMENAL! He was a fantastic guide, always answering questions and making sure that we were in the best locations and arrived as soon as we were done with each He gave us cold waters whenever we needed them, opened car doors for me ( amazing) and made pur tour perfect by adding extra touches lije seeing the changing of the guard. His car was clean and comfortable and I would recommend Petros and this tour to anyone!
