The first part of the trip includes pick up at your hotel and drive along the beautiful Athens Riviera,where we will drive through the most prestigious cities of Athens(we will also see Vouliagmeni Lake)and indulge into the local lifestyle.During the drive,we will make a stop at a seaside local bakery only locals know,where we will try a traditional greek breakfast(coffee&bougatsa).Then we will continue our drive to a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters,where you can relax and enjoy your swimming if you want!Then we will visit the impressive Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio,where you will explore the site at your own pace- the views when on the top of the site are breathtaking!! 10 euros entrance fee is not included in the price After visiting Sounio,i will take you to a local tavern, not easy to find if not a local ,where you will try super fresh local dishes! I was in the restaurant business for years, so I know the best tavernas in town.
SOUNION TEMPLE OF POSEIDON:
The second part of the experience, the Temple of Poseidon at Sounio, will amaze us for two reasons: firstly, because of its architectural and historical uniqueness, and secondly, because it is located on a cliff edge, where you can see the Aegean Sea in front of you. The view of the Aegean will become much more impressive during the sunset. A once-in-a-lifetime experience. I am looking forward to showing the beauties of Greece.
