Stathmos Larisis - Board the train departing at 7:58 am from Athens’ central rail station, known as Larisis train station, and enjoy a delightful journey through Greece’s stunning countryside, featuring both mountainous landscapes and seaside views. Upon arrival at Kalabaka’s train station, one of our partners will be there to greet you with a sign displaying your name. They will escort you to your accommodation and provide all the details about the sunset tour you will join later that day.

Kalambaka - Kalabaka is a town and the administrative center of the Meteora municipality in the Trikala regional unit. The Meteora monasteries are situated nearby. An ancient Greek inscription on the wall of one of the town’s oldest churches (Saint John the Baptist) confirms the existence of an ancient Greek settlement named Aiginion. In the 10th century AD, it was known as Stagoi (Σταγοί). The name Kalabaka is of Turkish origin, meaning “powerful fortress.”
