• Corinth Canal - Enjoy a coffee break and take photos from above the canal.
• Acrocorinth - This ancient castle is perched on a 575m high rock. At the base of the hill lies Ancient Corinth. The fortress boasts perimeter walls totaling approximately 3,000 meters, making it the largest in the Peloponnese and a significant one in the region. Inside, the castle still houses the ruins of the temple of Aphrodite (5th-4th century BC), the spring of Ano Peirini, several Christian churches, a Byzantine underground cistern, mosques, fountains, and more.
• Palamidi Castle - Situated on a high hill (216m above sea level) to the east of Acronauplia, this castle was first fortified by the Venetians during their second occupation of the area (1686-1715). It is a classic baroque fortress, designed by engineers Giaxich and Lasalle. In 1715, it was seized by the Turks and remained under their control until 1822, when it was liberated by the Greeks.
• Bourtzi - The Bourtzi Castle is located on a small island in the middle of Nafplio’s harbor. The Venetians completed its fortification in 1473 to safeguard the city from pirates and sea invaders.
• Nafplion - Enjoy lunch and a stroll through the old city of Nafplio.
• Athens - After lunch, the drive back to Athens will commence.
