Incredible views with an on top of the world feeling! - This place should be on everyone’s bucket list! The views are incredible and you feel like you’re on top of the world. The bus drive there was smooth and the driver drove at a safe speed. The local guide, Eva at Meteora was friendly, approachable, kind and knowledgeable. She even offered to take photos for us at various scenic spots. The lunch was authentic and delicious and the restaurant staff were friendly and very efficient. I learnt about the history of this place and am very glad I booked this trip for my family and myself.

It was okay, tour guides and bus driver was great! - I want to say the tour guide and the drivers were wonderful! Very accommodating and understanding. But very crammed bus not comfortable for such a long ride. Which I don't have an issue with but if your from america your idea of luxury ride is different than European. We had hoped to have a nice seats but they were very small and the pick up and drop off were advertised in one spot but not actually where it was. So we had to run to the spot for pick up. So other than the crammed ride, misleading information about pick up and drop off it was wonderful. I want to make it clear that was on the tour company and not the employees on the tour. It was also clear they had a max limit of 50 and there were 52 on our group. Pretty photos, but viator slightly mislead us.

Fantastic Meteora - Meteora is a truly fantastic place. The tour bus picked us all up on time, everything at the tour site was on time, we took photos from the perfect spots, and we had the chance to see the monasteries from the right locations. Thanks to Eva and Kostas for their friendly and helpful works.

Honest Review - Although this was not the tour guide’s fault, I have to leave an honest review. This description states a luxury tour bus. It was far from it. (See photo attached) it’s old, run down, had to share earbuds, etc. Pick up was at 7am. Then we made a pit stop 2 hours in between (it was loud, crowded, chaotic, super busy) and then we traveled another 2 hours to stop and dine for 1 full hour! I felt like they were just eating up time. When we finally started to learn right before our tour stop - it was 1:30pm. (6 1/2 hours from the start of tour). You’ll see the time stamp and us sharing the earbuds. We finally got to the first monastery and were able to take plenty of pictures. The tour guide was nice. Very well trained bus drivers. I also give credit to the last bus driver sitting in traffic and finding alternate routes from the farmers strike happening all around town. We finally got back to town at 11:30pm. So from those 16 hours, we really only enjoyed 2 hours of the actual excursion. Great views but not worth the long day in a run down bus.

A Disappointing Journey - The trip to Meteora was awful. Six hours of travel one way, nearly seven hours back, for just four hours of sightseeing. The monasteries were beautiful, and lunch was decent, but the dirty bus without phone charging made the entire experience miserable. More time spent suffering on a cramped, uncomfortable vehicle than actually enjoying the destination. Not worth the effort.

Terrible seating and bus ride - Just the beginning of the trip sets the tone. Not a luxury bus, crammed on a grayline bus. Cant even move my arms, no view out the windows, we had to chase down the bus. Havent even gotten to the main tour yet but if its anything based on the beginning I am sure it won't be positive. Definitely not close to worth the money. Really honestly worst tour ive been on. It seems they over booked the tour. Picking up more people and not enough bus seats per people. Way over booked.
