• Meteora - Depart from Athens at 8:00 am to Kalabaka on our comfortable coach bus, enjoying the stunning Greek landscapes along the way. There will be a brief stop en route to Meteora.

Arriving in Kalabaka around 12:30 pm, our knowledgeable Tour Leader will be ready to greet you. MARIA or CLEMENT, both highly acclaimed guides in Greece (check out the reviews), will provide exceptional attention and care.

A 30-minute break for a meal will allow you to unwind from the journey. Select a dish and a Greek salad from our 10 delicious options (a vegetarian plate is also available). We’ve secured a reservation at the finest local restaurant, which is fully air-conditioned.

• There will be a sign “METEORA THRONES – TRAVEL CENTER” on the window and the side of the bus , waiting outside the train station on the road across the street from the train station.

• Appropriate clothing for everyone is required to enter the monasteries. For ladies skirts by the knee or longer are required. No pants for ladies, no shorts, no sleeveless shirt. For men sleeveless clothing and shorts over the knee are prohibited.
• Please make sure you have cash for the monasteries 5 euro each entrance. There is no ATM machine in the area.
