Explore the archaeological site, home to the kingdom of the legendary Agamemnon. Admire the views of Bourtzi, the iconic fortified islet in the port, before dining at a traditional restaurant.
- The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus - Proceed to Epidaurus to visit the ancient theatre. This UNESCO World Heritage-listed monument is believed to be the birthplace of Apollo’s son Asklepios, the healer, and was the most renowned healing center of the classical world. Epidaurus is perhaps best known for its theatre, one of the best-preserved classical Greek structures, still in use today due to its exceptional acoustics. Alternatively, enjoy a tranquil walk through the small forest adjacent to the theatre or relax with a coffee or tea, soaking in the sounds of nature. The day tour concludes with a return to Athens in the late afternoon.

What a tour - what a tour guide!! - Tour Guide Kiki took us on a very interesting tour of Mycenae, Nafplion and Epidaurus with a stop off at the incredible Corinth Canal.
Throughout the day Kiki provided excellent commentary on every site and all countryside in between. We learnt so much. What a tour guide!! What a tour!!
Kiki also ensured that the needs of all members of the tour were met - particularly with the sometimes steep incline to the historical site.
Lunch was a little underwhelming and, on reflection, we would have taken the option without lunch.

Perfect trip to Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidaura - April 2nd 2026. The guide was great! He talked to us in the bus and on the sites in details about Greece in general and the three cities, explained everything about history/politics and what we were looking at. He was perfect!
For Nafplio (Nauplie), we were left on our own, but didn’t have enough time to visit any of the castles on the hill. I can’t comment on the restaurants, because I had brought my lunch. The meeting point at the end should have been an address instead of an unnamed city square, because I could not trace it on Google Maps.

Nice experience - Great experience: very kind guide, helpful and very prepared. It was all as planned: we relaxed and comfortably enjoyed the archaeological sites of Mycenae and Epidaurus. Highly recommended

A special day away from Athens - Our guide Katarina was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and I learned so much throughout the day. Was taking lots of notes while also taking in the sites and locations. Great stops planned, amazing experiences. I don't have one complaint at all. It was fantastic and I highly recommend everyone experience this tour.

Really worthwhile day trip. - Seems a long day, but the stops are spread out evenly and the drive, once you get out of Athens, is a delight in itself. We had an excellent guide, George, whose English was brilliant and who mixed information and amusing anecdotes to make the trip enjoyable. The combination of sites covered a wide range of historical periods and locations and the lunch break at Napflion was terrific.
One suggestion: we passed some other wonderful places (Acrocorinth, New Epidavros and St Paul's landing place for example) where a brief stop for photographs would have been appreciated, rather than trying to grab a picture out of the coach window.

Organized and On Time - Awesome tour guide, great knowledge and stories. Kept big group on time. Cool sites! There is no need to buy the package with tickets into sites, they seem to upcharge. You can buy them on site for less, and you have to pay for tickets to the theater anyway. At least for us, they were not for a specific time slot like they suggest in the description of tour. There is no guided tour for Mycenae museum, though the description makes it seem that way. We had fun in Nafplio by ourselves without lunch, we got a quick bite and had a chance to walk around.

Bad for misleading experience with TRIPADVISOR - 1. Misleading information: In the introduction the price is indicated to increase €29.90 pp by €20 pp for Mycenae and Epidaurus. When registering there is a choice with or without lunch. We choose with lunch and pay € 180.50 and note that Epidaurus is no longer included.
2. We make the choice language Dutch, but note that we only get the tour with English-speaking guide in combination with English via audio
3. At the final option we can no longer indicate that it is 1 adult and 1 young person (16 years). The price is only calculated for 2 adults.
4. Young people - in many places up to 25 years - pay, € 0 for archaeological sites or museums. We were charged the adult price everywhere.

Avoid the trips of this company - We had a terrible experience in another trip organized by the same company ( Keytours - Greece, +302109233166 ) who has no serve spirit, so we canceled this trip.
The last thing a traveler expects is to face unreliable and unfriendly trip organizers in an unfamiliar place. If you read carefully the comments you will find we are not the only complainers of the qualities of their trips. I was attracted by their price but I should read more carefully the comments next time before making the decision.
