Philosophy in Athens - We met at Aristotle's Lyceum and discussed Aristotle's ethical philosophy and Plato's ideas. This Compo Philosophy workshop was the best way to understand the thinking of the ancient Greek philosophers. We are very grateful to our instructor, who answered all our questions.

Fantastic experience (and) for our kids - We participated as a family in the seminar at Aristotle High School, with my two teenage daughters. While we had interrogations about whether they would like it, they went crazy. Especially in the debate they gave it all. What the best a family with older children can do in Athens!

Memorable Learning Experiences: Acropolis and Aristotle's Lyceum! - We were very fortunate to have Eva from Hellas Revival be our facilitator and guide over two afternoons in Greece. I am a university educator who had brought a group of students from Canada as part of a course on the Origins of Western Civilization that I am teaching. Eva was phenomenal, offering detailed and relevant histories of key sites of the Acropolis and Slopes, from Dionysus' Theatre, Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Erectheion and of course, the Parthenon. Eva combined architectural, archaeological, and historical details that enlivened and enlightened the experience for young learners with little background in these areas. She had an engaging pedagogic style that paused and asked for questions. This ability was also on display in our more focused Aristotle workshop, held at the historic site of Aristotle's Lyceum. Eva provided us an engaging walk aroudn before leading the students through an exceptional workshop in Aristotelian virtues that seamlessly connected the philsopher's ancient teachings to situations that they would encounter in their everyday life. Indeed, in this way, Evan showed the value and relevance of Aristotelian philosophy for us today, which is an ideal learning outcome of my course. Eva was also gracious in taking group pictures, answering questions, and sharing other insights. Highly recommended!

engaging and thought provoking - This is a fun, unique experience for those who enjoy learning while traveling, and a lot more engaging than anything you’ll get in a museum or on a big group tour. My boyfriend and I went into this without a lot of background knowledge, but that did not hold us back at all. Alex was a great workshop leader and made us feel comfortable asking questions and sharing our own ideas.

Great experience!!! - Best tour we had in Athens! Olga was amazing, explained the history of the 3 philosophers and also the virtues theory in a simple comprehensible way and we practiced it with examples. And we did that in the place of Aristotle's school, how cool is that!
