Pamela Bryant was the ultimate host. I have never seen such regard for people. First, she recorded and remembered everyone by name. She made sure that each person was comfortable and just showed a knack for knowing when to ask if someone wasn't comfortable. She made the trip awesome!

Pam was a great guide, educator and driver leading our tour. We went through some bad weather and Pam did a great job keeping us safe. The vineyards were beautiful and their wines were superb! Thank you for a great day!

The tour was "as advertised", no complaints there. Our tour guide, Pam, was great. She did an excellent job and kept things moving as scheduled.
Areas of improvement: 1) information about bringing snacks, wine, etc. should have been communicated much sooner, not the morning of the tour. 2) emphasize to all guests to keep their conversations at a level that is respectful to fellow guests 3) a microphone for the tour guide is needed. We couldn't hear what she was saying.
