This woodland serves as a sanctuary for unique Australian wildlife such as echidnas, brush-tailed wallabies, woylies, quendas, and chuditch.
Upon arrival at the woodlands, visitors can enjoy a brief bush walk, observing native animals and seasonal wildflowers before settling down for a picnic dinner in the forest. The guide will prepare a barbeque meal, complemented by fresh salads, cheese and biscuits, wine, and hot beverages.
After dinner, guests can delight in a scenic drive through the forest as sunlight filters through the tree branches, casting long shadows and creating a magical flickering light on the forest floor. Be on the lookout for the numerous kangaroos in the area as they gracefully navigate through the trees.

Barna Mia Nocturnal Wildlife Experience - Barna Mia is a distinctive wildlife sanctuary dedicated to some of our endangered mammals. Guides will offer a brief talk and video presentation about the conservation efforts at Barna Mia. Following this, visitors will embark on a guided night walk, where they will sit and wait for the nocturnal creatures of Barna Mia to appear. Soon, the animals of Barna Mia will entertain as they emerge from the darkness in search of food.

Dryandra - To conclude the tour, there is a stop just outside the woodlands for stargazing. The guide will highlight some of the celestial objects visible in the night sky, and guests will have the opportunity to capture photos of the night sky. The Dryandra region boasts some of the darkest skies in Australia, ideal for viewing the Milky Way and shooting stars.
