You will be personally greeted inside the terminal at the pre-arranged transfer meeting point, where the driver will hold a name board for easy recognition. From there, the driver will guide you to your private premium vehicle at Auckland Airport’s Transport Hub and assist with all luggage handling.

If you have oversized or additional luggage, please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle to accommodate the extra luggage.
