Amazing sights of Auckland - Sam was a very knowledgeable tour guide. Van was very comfortable. Sights we visited are phenomenal. Best photo opportunities and Sam offered on multiple occasions to take our photo with the wonderful back drops. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Auckland with minimal time in port.

Sam the guide was well... - Sam the guide was well organised and contacted us in advance to ensure we met up easily. He was very helpful facilitating access to My Edwn for my husband who had an injured ankle. The sites were comprehensive giving us a good overview of the city. We are really pleased we took this tour.

This was one of the best... - This was one of the best tours that we took in New Zealand. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see so many interesting things. If you don't have a lot of time and want to get a good picture of Auckland, this is the tour for you.

Great Tour in a Beautiful City/Country - Sam, our guide, was terrific. Auckland was lovely, on a sunny day. Too bad the cost of living for Kiwis has gotten so high.

Ok Tour - It was good but it was advertised with a visit to the Cathedral and the drive said it is closed so we won't be going there. Very disappointed. They should have let us know before the tour started.

Not what we were expecting - Driver was very pleasant and helpful, however, he was absolutely NOT a tour guide- he was a taxi driver! Myself and my husband were in a normal car with one other person and although we did probably visit the sites of Auckland the driver didn’t know much about many of the places. He actually put the AI on his phone on to give us info. The other passenger, asked him at one point, when the cathedral had been built and he replied, ‘Well, that’s a good question. Definitely NOT what I would expect from a Viator tour ( We did Viator tours at other ports that were fab) Given the price that we paid we were not happy although as said previously the driver was lovely and did his best. However, I’m sure we could have picked up a random taxi to do the same thing for a fraction of the price- extremely disappointing! Previously we have shears been happy with Viator tours and experiences.
